Home Features:

This beautiful 3,800 sqft home situated on the PGA West Golf Course offers a modern and luxurious setting for any stay.
It is newly painted, renovated and fully furnished with exquisite and tasteful pieces sure to make your stay one of a kind!

The home offers a beautiful private courtyard which includes a fireplace and a sitting area. You will also find a relaxing fountain surrounded with beautiful plants, succulents and cacti.

The home includes four spacious bedrooms that are set up as follows;

Master bedroom offers a large king bed, beautiful views of the mountains and of the backyard; including the pool and jacuzzi view. It also has a very big walk in-closet, with a lot of shelves and closet space. It also includes a big bathroom, with his and hers sinks, whirlpool jacuzzi as well as a standing shower. The room also has shutters for privacy and a side door leading to the backyard for easy access!

The second bedroom closest to the master, offers a queen bed, large mirrored closet and beautiful wooden shutters for privacy.

The third bedroom, situated right next to the entertainment room, offers two full beds and a full bathroom.

The fourth bedroom, which is situated all the way at the end of the hallway, after the entertainment room, also offers a large queen bed, is very spacious, also has a large mirrored closet and its own full bathroom. (Wooden shutters for privacy as well).

As mentioned above the home offers an entertainment room which includes, a large surround sound tv, very comfy couch, a foosball table, a dart board and a high-top bar table with two stools. The entertainment room also offers glass sliding doors that open up to the front courtyard, giving easy access to the courtyard and the kitchen, thus making your stay that much more convenient because you won’t have to walk all the way across the home to reach the kitchen! Great for entertaining purposes.

The home also offers a spacious living area, equipped with a fireplace, perfect for cozy movie nights. A stone wall and marble finishing have been added to the fireplace wall, as well as marble counter tops for the cabinets surrounding the stone wall. The living room also offers wall to wall glass sliding doors that open up to the beautiful backyard, which hosts views of the mountains and lush golf course.

The living room also includes a full bar, perfect for all entertainment purposes. (Alcohol is not included- however the bar does offer a mini fridge as well.)

Across from the living room you will find a formal dining room, with a beautiful modern wooden table and posh grey chairs with gold trimmings. The same stone wall that can be found in the living area has also been added to the formal dining room wall as well, creating a harmony between the two rooms. The dining room offers beautiful views of the mountains and backyard as well.

The formal dining room is connected to a large kitchen, which allows for easy access when entertaining your guests.

The kitchen is very spacious and has a lot of counter space. There is a very large island in the middle of the kitchen which offers a separate sink, stove tops (4) and a wine fridge. The kitchen also includes another sink, two ovens, a large fridge/freezer and a very big pantry with a lot of shelving and storage space. There is also a small dining table. The kitchen has a side door that leads to the courtyard, perfect for enjoying your coffee or breakfast outside in the courtyard! The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, glassware, a Nespresso coffee machine, a French press, a regular coffee machine and much more! All available to make your stay easy and convenient!

Further down from the kitchen there is a laundry room equipped with a sink, and washer/dryer machines. A second set of washer/dryer can also be found in garage.

Backyard:

The beautiful backyard includes a sitting area with a mounted TV and electric fireplace. Also includes a dining table and chairs for 6 ppl.

You will also find a real firepit that can sit up to 6 ppl around it, situated next to the BBQ station – which includes a stone BBQ island (mini fridge) and an umbrella with high-top wooden chairs.

There are 6 pool/lounge chairs for your convenience, as well as an umbrella for shade. The pool offers tranquil waterfalls, for which the speed can be adjusted to your liking. The pool is also connected to a jacuzzi, which overflows directly into the pool. To heat the pool there is an additional nightly fee.

Even more outdoor space can be found behind the jacuzzi where a stone stair case has been added with grass area right by our very own key lime tree.

Garage:

The home obviously also has a garage, which offers an extra fridge and freezer.
The garage provides two indoor parking spaces for two cars. Renters may however use the driveway to park 3 cars comfortably and can also park extra cars on the street.
**Reminder only 2 cars may be parked on the street OVERNIGHT- ticketing is strictly enforced in the PGA West Community.
