The open-concept living area showcases Gulf views, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen invites culinary adventures, while the dining area offers a perfect setting for shared meals and memories.

I’m not sure where the rest of the reviews came from or if it’s because we asked to get in our room earlier but we were told no due to cleaning and the room was so dirty it was not cleaned. The owners were just annoyed we asked to check in early. Our feet and the kids feet were black walking on the floor. Not sure about anyone else but when I go on vacation I don’t plan to be cleaning so that was disappointing. Dishes had food caked on them. The fabric on the kitchen chairs were also dirty and black from previous renters feet being all over them. Won’t be booking with this place again. Sad because it could have been a nice room, just lazy cleaners.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful place and the beach could not be more perfect. We were not overwhelmed with people and the condo was more than we could have imagined. It is bigger than it looked online and had plenty of room for our 7 people. The master bathroom was huge with seperate toilet and the view from master bedroom was spectacular! The bedroom with the bunk bed was not very spacious but served the purpose. And the kitchen was really nice with lots of storage space for food. We will be back!!! Definately worth the money if on the beach is what you want! 10 of 10 approved!!

Reviewer Comments: After a rough start to vacation with my daughter having an emergency appendectomy on Sunday, we were able to enjoy the beauty of this condo! The views are breathtaking, the condo was beautiful, and very clean. I recommend renting from Blue Swell when you visit, but for sure stay at Grandview East. The only issue we had was with handicap parking. There is no handicap parking under the condo itself, they do make you park across the street and walk.
