This updated historic home is located in the lovely North End Historic district and is a short walk to popular Hyde Park with its many restaurants, shops, pubs, and brewery. It’s also just two blocks from the corner of Camel’s Back Park and numerous walking and biking trails in the foothills. The home itself is furnished with comfort in mind, perfect for relaxing with a private hot tub, comfy seating, fully stocked kitchen, a fully fenced yard, and more!
Safety—if you have young children, do not leave them unattended and do not assume the home is “child proof”—uncovered outlets, cleaning supplies, detergent, etc may all be within reach.

There is no gate around hot tub once you’re in the back yard. do not use the hot tub or shower if you have a medical condition that makes it dangerous to do so or if you have ingested any substances that can be sedating or dangerous, due to risk of drowning. Also no one under age 16 allowed in hot tub without a responsible supervising adult. No diving in the hot tub.

No leaving stove/oven on or hair dryer or iron on unattended. Close fence gates after entering/exiting.

Other—please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at low levels especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am). Please do not leave pets unattended in the house. Do keep them in the fenced yard with gates closed when outside unless taking them for a walk. No smoking inside home/covered porches allowed. Only smoke outside and dispose of material properly.
