We came into Boise for parents weekend and had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed. John was easy to get ahold of and had no issues with anything. Would definitely stay there again.
We have stayed at bnbs for the past nine years, and my wife and I think this is the best one. So many nice touches and the rental is so quaint. The location is perfect, so easy to reach so many of the places we wanted to go.
Stayed with my wife, daughter, and dog. Itâs within walking distance to concerts at the botanical gardens. Only two blocks from the Roosevelt Market - a nice spot for breakfast, coffee, beer, wine, etc. Just a few minutes drive to downtown or the river walk. The tree lined streets are great for walks.
I reserved this property for my parents' use when they came to town for their grandson's graduation. They loved the remodel results and how nice the area is for daily walks. The homeowner, John, has done a wonderful job of setting the place up for guests and doesn't require guests to fulfill long lists of tasks before heading out. This house and its owner are truly Boise gems!
We stayed 3 nights in this lovely cottage. Itâs bright and cheery with lots of natural light. Spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of people out walking. Just a few minutes drive from everything we came for. Also â our host was swell.
We have stayed in countless rentals over the years in Boise, and this one is now our favorite and will definitely be revisited by us! Everything was perfect for our needs- roomy, clean, functionalâŠFavorite things- cute home with character but also updated, location, walkability, yard
This cozy Bannock St. Cottage couldnât have been more perfect for my daughter and me to visit our son and brother just down the street, a few blocks away. Loved the two front sunrooms; one used by my daughter for an office. Roomy, comfortable living room, dining space, well-appointed kitchen, cozy bedrooms, nice-sized bathroom and laundry room, all in pristine condition, made our stay truly delightful in every way. The neighborhood is great for walking (especially to the Roosevelt Market. . .a gem for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or to pick up some unique food and wine selections) Can hardly wait for another memorable stay at 906 E. Bannock!
This is a wonderful home to stay in if you have things to do at BSU. We drove back and forth from the Calvin Williams Stadium several times a day. Could have walked in 15 minutes BUT it was a freezing couple days with new snow. House is very well appointed, and comfortable for me and my husband, my daughter joined us with her Bassitt Hound and he enjoyed the welcome too!
This is where we like to stay every time we come to Boise. Great location. Cute place with a fence yard for your pup. They even have a super comfortable dog bed, which our dog loves, for your furry companion.
This 2 bedroom, one bath house worked really well for me and my daughter. The renovation was done well keeping the old windows, doors and hardware. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.
Great location and wonderfully cozy home. Excellent place for a little bit of work and a lot of relaxation. Everything we needed was exactly available.
Stayed here a few days while my daughter ran her first 50k! Super close to town and race location and everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee at the little shop down the street. Super comfy beds and wonderful stay.
We loved our stay here. The home is bright and sunny. It has all the comfort of home. Great neighborhood to walk our pup and a fenced backyard. Will definitely stay here again.
Hi, We have been enjoying Boise since 2005. It is a very unique "big town" and we try to take advantage of the great restaurants and micro breweries in town and then burn it off hiking and skiing in our down time. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Location and quality!! Quiet upscale neighborhood, just one block off of Warm Springs Ave and a few blocks from the foothills. Walk to BSU, St. Luke's, Whole Foods or the local Roosevelt Market which is 1 block away. This home has undergone a 4 month high level modernization, custom bath with decadent shower, big custom kitchen with new high end GE appliances, stone counter and breakfast bar. Open floorplan to dining area and living room. Also 3 cozy nooks- front porch with the only radiator we left in the house for an old fashioned warm up, the lovely office and the back porch with the washer and dryer. BONUS!! This place is heated by a volcano! It's true- we have geothermal heat so it is super green home and it is super insulated- so if the temps drop you will have a very green and very cozy space to curl up into to!!
Lovely features like the original 1905 door that leads to the back porch, or the arch to the office. 9 foot ceilings throughout make this house feel so much bigger. It is a great place to spend some time with friends. But my favorite- the custom Tall glass surround with custom tile work, feels like a resort.
