On a quiet residential street with minimal traffic, this home is the perfect home away from home. Also, pets are always welcome. The house has food bowls and a large pet door leading to the fenced and lighted backyard.

Comfortable queen-sized bed and closets with hangers.

Living room:
Open and spacious with coaches and board games as well as a Smart TV.

Office/Sun Room:
A separate sunroom is designed as comfortable office space with desk/chair along with lots of natural light for remote workers. Fast Wifi.

Bathroom:
Shower/tub combo, bath towels, hair dryer, first aid kit, shampoo and conditioner, towels, and toilet paper.

Kitchen:
Well stocked with a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker/Kerig, tea kettle, coffee/tea selection, and olive oil. There are new dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots, and pans. Dinning table and chairs are also located in the kitchen.

Backyard:
Fenced and private with seating for family and friends to reconnect. Patio table with chairs and umbrella. There is a UNM corn hole set available for some outdoor fun. Fully enclosed yard to keep pets safe. Newly installed large dog door that leads from the sunroom directly to the backyard.

Home Location:
This detached home is on a very quiet residential street with no traffic. Yet, it is located just five blocks from the University of New Mexico campus and Nob Hill restaurants and coffee shops. It's also a short drive to the hospitals, airport, downtown, Old Town Albuquerque, the Sawmill District, the ABQ Biopark, the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Peak Tram and Ski Area. This hidden gem is centrally located for all your Albuquerque adventures.

Cooling and Heating Systems:
This home has one evaporated cooling system in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan for additional cooling. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms and living room help to keep the house cool. Additionally, the house has a floor heating system in each room and space heaters available. This house does not have central air conditioning.

We welcome pets. A maximum of two pets per stay will be allowed. Pet water and dish bowls available. We ask you please pick up after your pet messes and dispose in the outside trash can. The home is located 1.5 blocks from a wonderful park to walk and get some fresh air. Message the host to make arrangements or for special requests.
