Pack-n-play crib and high chair along with kid friendly dish ware. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Refrigerated air. Two car garage available for small car/suv parking only with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging. Backyard includes covered patio with 2 Tables, 10 chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, artificial grass play area, putting green, cornhole game and gated parking for larger vehicles or RV/trailers with 30amp outlet. Fully fenced and gated backyard for well behaved pets. Self check in with code for smart lock. Simple check out with no cleaning fee. This house has everything and more for a great stay.
This was our second stay here and looking forward to the next! Great house for kids - they love the backyard. Very clean and comfortable and very user-friendly.

Staying at Brandon's home was excellent. One of the best short-term rental experiences we've had. House was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Would highly recommend, and we hope to stay here again the next time we are in Albuquerque.
I stay in ABQ several times a year to visit family and this hasâby farâbeen our best VRBO. The house is immaculately maintained and the hosts have clearly tried to think of useful, convenient additions (like power strips next to beds, a well stocked kitchen, even labeled switch plates for lights).
We were all really surprised how stocked the kitchen was to cook with. Everything was very clean and tidy and just a very nice place over all this day. We would stay again if ever in Albuquerque again.
Great fenced backyard if you have a dog.Bottled water supplied as well as a selection of dairy and non-dairy creamers for the first morning.Has a Keurig coffeemaker and a conventional one.Exquisitely clean
This was probably the best place we've stayed. We travel a lot through out the US and we loved this house. The owners have thought of everything you could ever need. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean and near anything you need. We will stay again when we visit friends in New Mexico. Thanks again for everything
Really enjoyed our stay. Was in Albuquerque for golf and the location was perfect. The home was well equipped and we especially liked the patio/backyard area. Five stars all around!
