The spacious living room opens up to a deck, offering serene views of the surrounding trees creating a peaceful outdoor retreat. Located minutes away from shopping centers and dining options, our home offers easy access to everything you need. Weâre 30 miles from major airports âIAD, DCA, and BWIâ making travel a breeze. With room for up to 10 guests, it's the ideal space for families or groups to relax and unwind.

Welcome to our charming, newly renovated 3-level townhouse, designed for comfort and convenience. Featuring stylish vinyl flooring throughout, our home is perfect for both short and long-term stays.
Upper Level:
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with an en-suite full bathroom
- Two Additional Bedrooms: Queen-sized beds with a full bathroom nearby
- Linen Closet: Bath and hand towels and a hair dryer are stored in the hallway closet for your convenience.
Main Level:
- A spacious living and dining room with a TV, offering free access to Netflix.
- The living room opens up to a deck, providing a serene outdoor space
- A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave.
- The kitchen also features bench seating and is stocked with essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, wine glasses, a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, instant pot, blender, rice and egg cooker.
- We provide complimentary coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a sponge.
- A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
Lower Level:
- Features two Futon beds (each sleeping 2 people, comparable to queen- sized bed) and a full bathroom
- The walkout basement allows natural light and easy access to the patio and outdoor area.
Parking & Additional Information:
- Our home is located in a residential community, and as such, commercial vehicles, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles are not permitted.
- A reserved parking spot (Space #85) is provided for your use at no extra charge.
- Additional parking is available for a refundable deposit of $100. For a second vehicle, a visitor parking tag is required, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis (note that these spots are not numbered).
- Please remember to return the parking permit upon checkout to receive your full refund.
- If you require more than two parking spaces, street parking is available within a 5-minute walking distance. Please be sure to read all signage carefully to avoid the risk of towing.
Note:
- Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at guestâs expense, the hosts are not liable.
- Please avoid leaving valuables in your car, including luggage, laptops, purses, cash, etc.
- If you need additional parking, please inform us before your arrival so we can make arrangements!

- Do not remove any furniture. - Turn off kitchen appliances before leaving the house - Report any damage immediately
- No street shoes allowed inside the house
- No foods and/or drinks allowed in the bedrooms
- Clean any spills or messes made immediately
- Do not place luggage/purse on beds and couch/sofas
- Keep all windows/doors closed during your stay and when you are not at home
- Take the garbage out to the black dumpster which will either be placed in front of the entrance/main door or on the deck.
- Contact BOTH HOSTS IMMEDIATELY at the numbers which will be provided after booking (in addition to reaching out to them via Vrbo) in case of any Emergencies and Unexpected Maintenance issues including clogged toilets, power outrage, burst pipe, electric issue, etcâŠ

- NO FOOD in the SINK; discard all food debris, cookings oils/grease & coffee grounds into.
- FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER in the toilet
--> DO NOT FLUSH: tissues, wipes, DIAPERS, paper towels, feminine hygience products, trash of any kind, etc in the toilet.
****Check-out Instructions****. - Wash and put dishes away.
- Gather dirty towels and put them in the laundry room which is located in the basement.
- Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday Mornings. Please place the black dumpster under the tree in front of the house the night before the pick up days.
- Close all doors and windows before leaving.
- Notify host at departure.

- This is a residential area; no commercial vehicle, RV, bus, etc allowed to be parked. - One free parking spot (space #85) is reserved for your use. If you require additional parking, it's available with a refundable deposit of $100 (any VRBO fees applied are not refundable).
