Space Overview
Our rural home sits on over an acre of land, providing a serene sanctuary away from city life. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and optimal spots to immerse yourself in nature's beauty, Casa Venado comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, groups, or a peaceful couple's retreat.

Bedrooms
The four bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements:
Room 1: 1 King bed- attached restroom (stand-up shower), walk-in closet, balcony access, and smart TV (TV #1)
Room 2: 1 King bed- closet, dresser, and smart TV (TV #2)
Room 3: 1 Queen bed- attached bathroom (tub shower), closet, and dresser
Room 4: 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds- closet, dresser, and 2 couches

Kitchen
Enjoy the convenience of our fully equipped kitchen, complete with standard kitchen equipment and other special amenities such as Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheets, cooking ware, and 12 sets of plates, cups, and utensils.

Living Space
Our spacious living room comes furnished with 2 full-size couches and a smart TV (TV #3). The home is fitted with central air conditioning & heat for your comfort, ensuring an enjoyable stay regardless of the outdoor temperature!
NOTE: Living room fireplace is strictly decorative and NOT to be used.

Outdoor Common Areas
Enjoy ample outdoor common areas, including a covered outdoor living room, two outdoor dining areas, a fire pit, and an offset smoker BBQ area. The deer trail viewing and star gazing deck wrap around the home, offering breathtaking views.
NOTE: The home has a treehouse that is stickily decorative and NOT to be used. The front porch is equipped with security cameras providing a view of the home entrance and driveway.

Pet-Friendly
Casa Venado welcomes your furry friends!! We are dog-friendly, with plenty of areas for your pup to explore. Please inform us if you plan to bring a dog, and kindly pick up after your pets.
NOTE: Dogs must be house-trained and are NOT permitted on the furniture. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Birds and cats are NOT permitted.

NOTE: All guests will be provided with a detailed guest guidebook packed with all the ins and outs, from house rules to local gems, ensuring you make the most of your time here!

Guest Access
Enjoy the entire property and 100% privacy inside the home with keyless entry. All guests will be provided with a unique code to access the home.
NOTE: Guests will be sent their unique code the day of their stay SHORTLY BEFORE the designated check-in time.

Parking
Guests have space for up to 8 vehicles along the driveway, away from the home.
NOTE: Please refrain from parking in the carport near the side entry, and street parking (the city will tow).

Answers to FAQ's
- The cleaning fee will automatically be incorporated into the total amount that you see upon booking.
- Inquiring guests can check available dates from the booking app where you are also sending messaged inquiries.

IMPORTANT Note:
The home operates on a SEPTIC SYSTEM; an on-site wastewater treatment system that collects, treats, and disposes of household sewage through the use of a septic tank and a drain-field.
To guarantee a seamless stay, it is imperative that all guests carefully abide by the following instructions:

1.) BE MINDFUL OF WHAT GOES IN
Only septic-safe items can be disposed of in the toilets. This ONLY includes bodily waste. TOILET PAPER is NOT to be disposed of in toilets and must be discarded in the enclosed waste baskets provided.
Other examples of non-septic-safe include but are not limited to tampons, diapers, paper towels, baby wipes, pads, condoms, toys, cigarettes, etc.
2.) LIMIT WATER USAGE
Be mindful of water usage to avoid system backups and overloads.
3.) Please leave linens on beds, it makes coordinating sets easier for the staff.
