The Space:

Cool mountain air drifts across the property as you step onto the quiet corner of Pigeon Forge, just a short walk from the bustling Parkway. After a day of exploring Dolly Parton’s Stampede or the nearby attractions, you’ll feel the warmth of the indoor fireplace and the soft glow of lighting inviting you to unwind. Evenings invite you to gather around the wood‑burning fire pit, the crackle of flames carrying through the crisp Tennessee night, or soak in the hot tub while the stars peek over the trees.



Sleeping arrangements

All bedrooms and bathrooms are on a single level. Two bedrooms each feature a king bed—one shares a bathroom, the other enjoys a full ensuite. A third bedroom offers a queen bed with its own full ensuite. The bunk room sleeps six with two queen beds side by side and twin bunks above the queens, plus a full ensuite bathroom. The living room provides two queen sofa beds, and a crib and pack‑and‑play are supplied for younger guests.



Indoor activities

A private indoor pool stays heated year‑round, so you can swim regardless of the season. The movie theater room with reclining seats is perfect for movie marathons, while arcade games, a game console, foosball, shuffleboard, board games, and a NERF Battle Wall keep the whole group entertained. Fast wifi and a dedicated workspace in a common area support work or streaming needs.



Outdoor living

The private backyard includes a wood‑burning fire pit, outdoor furniture, and a hot tub for a warm soak on cooler days. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are ready for simple outdoor meals, and the patio or balcony offers space to relax under the open sky.
