This spacious modern condo is centrally located. A ten minute walk to the beach or the downtown restaurants and shopping. Enjoy our penthouse unit that offers a rooftop pool with a view. It is close to grocery stores and Wal-Mart at the end of the street. Perfect walkable location to experience local cuisine, art, and beaches. Perfect for couples or families. The condo is gated and has many nearby restaurants, coffee and bakeries. It has WiFi for remote work and Smart TV.
Enjoy our modern condo with two bedrooms and baths. There is an elevator and stair access to the penthouse. The eight unit building is gated with a dedicated parking spot. Enjoy a 10 minute walk to the beach or the lively downtown area. We provide two beach chairs and an umbrella. The full kitchen has all the amenities for cooking and preparing drinks. The ocean view on the balcony is beautiful at sunset with drinks. There are also great views from the rooftop pool.

-Sleeping areas: Two comfortable queen size beds with plush duvet comforters and pillows. Both bedrooms have nightstands with several wall plugs for electronics.
- Living area: Comfortable sofa, 50â Smart TV with Roku with Netflix and Amazon. Coffee table and end tables for relaxing.
-Kitchen: Fully-equipped electric stovetop, oven, and cooking utensils. Microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, and kitchen necessities with a spice rack for cooking. Pots and pans and basics like olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Dining area: Large wood dining table with two benches.
-Bathroom: Modern bathroom showers with glass doors. Master bathroom is off the Master bedroom with double sinks and a large mirror. The guest bath is near the second bedroom and has a full bath, one sink, and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
