We loved the location of this property. It is right on the beach. There are really good restaurants--tacos, seafood, and coffee within comfortable walking distance. Grocery stores are just as close. The host is very accommodating and gracious. The local condo owners and guests were very friendly and welcoming. From the beach, we saw whales rays breaching the surface. Relaxing, safe neighborhood.

Great place!

We enjoyed our time on the beach at this cute condo.Unit was clean and functional with a well equipped kitchen. Location is walkable to grocery stores and several casual restaurants. It’s easy and cheap to get to San Jose del Cabo for more restaurant options. We would definitely recommend.

Peaceful Getaway!

Pictures were right on and accurate. My best friend and I stayed for three nights. It was a lovely community of older retired folks and vacation spots. It felt very safe and welcoming and was a great trip! Will for sure come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Viva! The host was fantastic. She was very welcoming and so helpful. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean from our patio. The residents were also very friendly. We loved the ease of walking to the grocery store and the availability of many terrific restaurants. I highly recommend Casa Viva and hope to return again someday soon.

Awesome Stay

Everything about our stay was awesome. Carly was very responsive to our communication. Great, easy instructions for check in and out. The condo is equipped with everything you need, clean, steps from the pool and beach. Short walk to anything you may need such as groceries, restaurants, bank, pubs, etc. Friendly neighbours. We truly enjoyed our short time at Viva and hope to be back.

Viva Vacation

We stayed a month and knew within a week that we would book again for next year. Our favourite activities were walking the beach both ways, visiting Palmilla beach, shopping downtown, hanging out at the Marina watching the fishing boats come in, fishing for delicious tuna and trying many restaurants. I learned to play Pickleball and loved getting to know all the lovely owners and renters. Mucho Gracias!

Steps to the beach, stunning view!

We loved everything about Carly's condo. Because the view is so impressive looking directly out to the beach and the sea we didn't feel the need to rush off to the beach right away. Enjoying breakfast on the patio you felt like you were directly on the beach. Inside is well equipped + very clean. Carly had everything taken care of you could think of right down to a six pack of cold Cerveza! Loved it so much we booked for next year while we were there. Can't go wrong staying at Viva, best location in Los Cabos!

Quiet Location

This was my first time staying in this unit and will be booking again. The location is fantastic, close to the grocery store and a variety of restaurants, all within walking distance. Approx 30min walk into San Jose. The unit was clean, comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. Carly provided all the details needed prior to check in, which was seemless and was able to accomodate an early check in for us. Can't wait to return! NI

Awesome, Safe, Beachfront Property 5 star!

Thank you Carlie for accommodating our last-minute booking. We love the VIVA in San Jose Del Cabo. Your on site property manager was able to check us in quickly and we were on the beach in no time! Viva units are perfect for couples wanting beachfront access, a pool and the bonus of a pickleball/tennis court. The BBQ area is where everyone gathers for happy hour fun. Every year we meet new people at the Viva, A wonderful croud. Hope to see you all next year. Thanks Carlie!

Beautiful property

Carly’s unit has a lovely view of the ocean. It is located in a beachfront complex which is tastefully landscaped with a heated pool, pickleball court, barbecue area and abundant outdoor shaded seating . Our stay was made more enjoyable by being around many of the senior owners/renters who spend their winters here. They were welcoming, inclusive and the camaraderie made for a unique experience. We will definitely return for a longer stay. The complex is a stone’s throw from two big grocery stores making it ideal for longer stays. Hands down the best accommodation in Zona Hotelera. Thank you Carly and the wonderful folks at Viva for making our holiday memorable 🙏
