Wonderful accommodations!!

Kids, extended family made for a full house. Big bathrooms a huge plus and the deck made for a peaceful setting in the eve and early morning. We were very happy with our stay.

The mountain view was a little deceptive but the surroundings were still pretty. The kitchen had a very functional layout and the game room was a nice addition. Overall it was as described. It could use a thorough deep cleaning but was as clean as can be expected with it being rented out to so many different people all the time.

Fabulous Home!

We stayed at Summit Trails Sanctuary for the weekend of our daughter's winter wedding at the Trillium Venue. It was a perfect location and a lovely home. The main living area, kitchen, dining, rec room, and all three bedrooms are all on one level, which was amazing. The hot tub is in a protected corner on the deck (on the same level), which made it very convenient and easy to use even in the cold weather. The firepit and backyard are down a flight of stairs, it you can easily stay on the main level if you don't want to navigate more than the couple of stairs to the front door. All three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, and the primary suite bathroom in particular was amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated, even some lovely holiday decorations made this a wonderful stay for us. Thank you!

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. We only needed to interact with the property manager twice (once for assistance with unlock the door upon arrival, and again when a bear broke into a vehicle in the driveway). Both interactions were professional, friendly, efficient and very helpful. All amenities were clean and the pictures on the listing were entirely accurate. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

My 2nd time to stay at Summit Trails Sanctuary and it was just a wonderful as it was the first time. The beds are super comfy! The house is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. While it's in a quiet neighborhood, it's easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Cades Cove without having to deal with a lot of traffic. Would not hesitate to stay here in this house again!!!!!

Family Trip

House was nice, The games were a nice touch for the kids to have something to do while being at the house. Only issue we had was the code would not work the front door, so it took 30 to 45 minutes of going back and forth with the property manager to figure out a way to get in the house while is was dark and cold out.

Close to the Trillium Wedding Venue and great amenities! 5 Stars!

Summit Trails Sanctuary was clean and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the back patio and the oversized hot tub, and of course the sounds of the creek. The billiards and ping pong tables and the arcade games were a huge hit. The fire pit and gas grill were also appreciated! The location within the Summit neighborhood was just perfect. I quickly learned that there was a back road out of the neighborhood on Bluff Mountain Road which was very convenient to the Trillium Wedding Venue. What a nice surprise! The Mountain Vibe staff were so helpful and answered any questions I had during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Pure Heaven

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property, the neighborhood, and the rental company. They were so easy to work with! The home was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the privacy the woods provided and spent most days enjoying the back deck. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and the bed was super comfy. This was such a wonderful experience that I've already booked another home in this same neighborhood. Definitely a 5 star rating for this rental group, this neighborhood, and this home!

Great Family Vacation

We planned this trip for several months as an alternative for our traditional family Thanksgiving at home. Everything at Summit Trails Sanctuary was exactly as stated and it was actually even better in person. As a matter of fact, they stated that they had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils but we brought some of our own because we have been told this before by other companies. However, when we got there, we left all of the kitchen stuff that we brought in the truck because Summit Trails had even more kitchen accessories than we brought or would need. Everything was cleaned perfectly which was impressive. There was plenty of room for everyone and our family loved the game room as well as the fire pit. We used the grill and it was ready to go with propane and grill utensils. We had one instance where some of the lights tripped a breaker and so I sent a text message to the host number and within minutes they had given us the code to the breaker room and we were able to fix the situation immediately. They checked back to make sure everything was working. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had with a rental company. We will use them in the future! Thanks for a great experience.

Family Vacay

Great home anf a great area! Be prepared for beautiful mtn views on your drive up to the property! Check out the map because there is a prettier drive up and down that is actually a little more direct than the GPS takes you. Home is so spacious and welcoming. Everything is well-appointed. As the mom of the group, I appreciated but didnt seek a game room, but we spent several late nights hanging in there and playing various games. Loved it!! Beds are cozy and comfy, but a little soft with the solid memory foam, so if you like a firmer bed it might be an issue for you. Larger people are going to "sink" in, some people love that and some people don't. Saw a bear wandering by the house on the street so that was super fun! Felt safe and secure the whole time and I enjoyed the soaker tub one evening. Didn't get to use the hot tub, we were always so ready for AC when we got home no one could get excited about hot water! It was a really good size though! Would suggest a cozy chair or two in the owner's suite though. There's room for them and husband didnt like sitting on the bed to chat because he's a "sinker" on memory foam. Would definitely stay again!
