A private, gated driveway leads to a beautiful, wooded summit. Wrap around covered decking opens to floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas. A stone chimney provides for unobstructed views of the 6+ wooded acres from inside the cabin. The upper deck has bistro-style seating so you can enjoy the views while dining outdoors. Stone steps lead down to the outdoor covered hot tub and waterfalls on the West side of the cabin and to the fire pit on the East side of the house. Warm up with a Seasonal Fireplace in the Fall or Winter! Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons. Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

The perfect log cabin getaway house. Perfectly equipped for cooking at house. Everything was immaculately clean, comfortable and in working order. Lovely hot tub, lots of outdoor spaces to utilize, and very thoughtful amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed and will be back if we ever head out this way again.

Beautiful cabin with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Thankful there were lots of games and ping pong because it rained our entire stay. We were able to venture to a cave which was a short drive. The hot tub was peaceful and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, had pretty much everything you could need (don’t forget to bring aluminum foil if you need it for your cooking, that was the only thing we wished we brought), was convenient to the hikes we wanted to do and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us! If you’re particular about pillows I would bring your own and note the queen bed is very firm. We found the queen bed comforter to be very cozy but much too thick for the 90 degree days we had during our visit (would be incredible in the winter). The deck furniture was in great shape and we enjoyed being able to use the grill and hot tub! Seems like a good idea to take a car that has 4wd if you can because all these cabins and hikes are off of very hilly winding roads (so much of the appeal of the area!) and the driveway to this cabin is no exception and is also quite steep which was not a problem for our SUV but could be for another car or during inclement weather. Overall would definitely recommend!

Dolce Vita was exactly as advertised and very comfortable and inviting. This is our second time staying here, and will definitely stay again. We lived the quiet surroundings and the light from all the windows. Sitting outside on the large deck was peaceful. Exactly what we needed for a long weekend away.

The place was a nice size and good location. Very clean. Nice and private. Host responded quickly. Only issue I had was the smell of the water and the pressure. There wasn't any. The water is well water and smells like rotting eggs. It didn't bother me as much as my wife but it's pretty potent. Bring a bunch of bottled water. But it's not a deal breaker. The house is beautiful and clean and a good size. The game room is a nice touch and the hot tub is nice and it's covered so even in bad weather it's usable. Nice place. Would love to stay in the winter.

Loved our stay! The hot tub surrounded by the waterfall was super relaxing. Loved the big fire pit and outdoor furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked, the only thing missing was a frying pan. Fireplaces were great too

Great Cabin

Clean, well-stocked cabin in a great location. We enjoyed listening to the waterfall, grilling on the deck and playing all the supplied games. We definitely would stay again.

Fabulous get-a-way cabin for a few days! The cabin is stellar, with all the amenities you could want! We especially enjoyed the back decks, both upper and lower, for morning coffee and evening libations! Papa Dino’s pizza is 10 minutes away, delicious pizza and fresh salads! Highly recommended Dolce Vita!
