Summary:
Two breathtaking Tulum-inspired oceanfront homes are located on the iconic PCH and just moments from Malibu's finest restaurants and shops. Thoughtfully designed, these two 2 bed/2 bath homes are a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Wake each morning with a cup of coffee as you experience dolphins swimming in your backyard or end each day with dinner and a sunset surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the ocean waves. Please note that none of the units have direct beach access due to the high tide. However, there are great public beaches a few minutes away.
The Space:
These oceanfront homes are located right next to each other and can be rented as a whole. Each home has a private entrance and balcony. Both homes have two bedrooms with a King and a Queen Bed and two bathrooms. There are three designated parking spaces in front of the garage. The property comes with a portable A/C.
Guest Access:
You will be able to access both beach houses. There is no private beach access from these units.
The Neighborhood:
The two Beach Homes are located on the iconic PCH, minutes away from one of the greatest restaurants in Malibu. Nobu Malibu is 5 minutes away, Moonshadows is 1 minute away, Geoffrey's is 20 minutes away and Malibu Pier is 5 minutes away. Santa Monica is 20 minutes away from the property. Venice is around 25 minutes depending on traffic. LAX airport is a 45-minute drive from the home.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car as many activities are difficult to reach on foot. There is ample street parking and also 2-3 designated parking spots in front of the garages.
Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 10 PEOPLE (5 PPL/HOME) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 5 people per home are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
We may require a security deposit for some bookings.
There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without the host's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined or missing towels
$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$35 charge per stained pillow case
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Non-compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.
Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
