The owners spared no expense with this major upgrade which included: brand new kitchen with all granite countertops, custom cabinetry with tile backsplash, new stainless appliances, all new flooring throughout unit, all new paint and lighting, new electronics (TV’s etc), bathroom upgrades with all new granite throughout all 3 baths, select new furniture items throughout and much more. Professionally decorated with light and bright color tones designed to offer you a relaxing feeling while transforming your mind and spirit into the vacation mode.
This is a luxury 3 bedroom and 3 bath, direct oceanfront unit located on the TOP FLOOR of the Shipwatch Villas complex (Penthouse location). From this special location you will experience expansive and panoramic views of the glistening white sandy shoreline of Topsail Island as well as the community pool and the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear. These are very special and unique views that can be experienced only from a few select properties and with this unit being on the top floor, it just doesn’t get much better than this.
As you are whisked up by elevator to the fourth floor, you will approach this unit from the private outside hallway and enter directly into the foyer area of the unit. Once you open the door you will quickly come to appreciate all that has been done to transform this unit into this type of luxury. The first thing that you will notice will be the great ocean views through the glass slider doors straight ahead. The views will be absolutely mesmerizing with expansive ocean views as far as the eye can see both to the north and the south.
We will start in the kitchen as it has been completely transformed with all new cabinetry with granite countertops and showcased with a beautiful tile backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven combination, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The cabinets are all well stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, pot & pans and ample silverware. The flooring is also new with a Luxury Plank (LVP) and will flow seamlessly throughout the unit.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating at the table for 6 with the addition of two more at the kitchen counter bar area.
The living room is equipped with large sofas and comfortable chairs for your added comfort while enjoying family time together or just watching movies on the large flat screen TV. The living room also provides direct access out to the large oceanfront balcony where you will find excellent seating provided by resin style captains chairs and tables. Another great feature of this unit is that you can sit on the balcony, and while enjoying the views you can also keep an eye on your kids that may be down at the pool. It’s a great location for families with kids just for this reason.
The master suite is equipped with a king bed, various dressers, night stands and lamps, wall art, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and ample closet space. The master also has its own private bath with double vanities topped with granite and a walk-in shower. The master also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find plenty of nice and comfortable seating for enjoying that morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise as it ascends over the horizon directly ahead.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, various dressers, nightstands and lamps, wall art, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and ample closet space. This bedroom also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony and it has its own private bath with granite countertop and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 is well separated from the other bedrooms and is located just down the hallway on the Soundside of the unit. This bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds (sleeps 4), various dresser/night stands and lamps, wall art, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. This is a great room for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite TV movies.
Just outside the door of bedroom 3 is a large bath with double vanities and a tub and shower combination. A little further down the hallway you will find a laundry area that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

It was a beautiful week here for our family. This is our second time staying in your spacious and cozy condo. This year we brought our other grandma to show her how much we enjoy topsail! Our favorite new activity was crab hunting at dusk this year! We enjoyed Shaka Taco, Daddy Mac's and Surf City BBQ. And of course we made 2 trips to Daybreak Donuts. Yum! We had a wonderful time reconnecting and relaxing.
