Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, and 6 to 8 minutes to popular spots like Park Circle, Holy City Brewery and the North Charleston Coliseum. The kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy great WiFi and a washer and dryer. TV in living room with complimentary Netflix and Disney+.There is a large yard with a fire pit and parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

-No tampering with the Supply Closet- $500 fine
-Hot Tub Cover must be put back on after use in order to keep in clean and make sure no debris falls into it. If it is left off there will be a $200 fine.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has 828 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom has a full sized bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a queen sized air matress available for use. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glassware, as well as pots, pans, etc. The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest and is sparkling clean. There is a large yard with a hot tub and the driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. There is no room for RVs, buses, trailers, etc.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home, as well as the backyard. You can bring up to 3 cars. Check-in is between 3pm and Check-out is by 10AM. Any early check in or late check outs must be requested and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
