Stylishly designed home with the short term guest in mind. Sandy toes - no problem, wood floors throughout. Views onto live oaks, park, community pool (subject to HOA opening times) and tennis court. Sun drenched courtyard for dining al fresco. Super close to beaches, downtown historic Charleston, Patriots Point, Shem Creek, Alhambra Hall, Pitt Street Bridge and more. Three serene bedrooms, two with queen bedrooms and the third with a twin bed and an adult size trundle.
Large fully equipped kitchen, open to cozy living room, great for family game night. You will not be disappointed with this property or location.
Crystal clean pool, newly renovated in 2022.

Perfect Getaway

This home is so lovely! It’s newly renovated, decorated so cute, clean and came with all the little things we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. The location was close to the beaches and downtown Charleston. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, quiet and clean!

My family enjoyed this property very much. The townhouse was spotless inside. The furniture and beds are comfortable able and the area was perfect for some peace and quiet. The location is great with easy access to everything. We will definitely want to stay here again next time we’re in Charleston.

Wonderful home and Host

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the host, Kerry. Check in was very clear and easy. The neighborhood was lovely and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

Perfect location to Sullivan’s island and isle of palms beaches and folley beach was only 40 min away!! All were wonderful! The neighborhood pool is literally just steps from the door and is clean and nice. The uber to charsleston was easy and quick. The house is clean and we had enough room for the 5 of us girls. I would recommend a full length mirror in the twin bedroom for getting ready since only one full size bath. Our host was very quick to respond! Highly recommend!!

Worth it!

The home was clean, the kitchen spacious and up to date. The beaches are beautiful with powder fine sand. No plastic is allowed on the beach and it is patrolled to keep it clean. I would make one suggestion that the full bath incorporate anti slip strips on the surface of the tub and a grab bar in the shower.

Perfect location, perfect home

This home was the perfect rental. We wanted something close to our son, who lives in Mt. Pleasant , that was near the places we wanted to go and still quiet and relaxing. This home is exactly that. The owners are the nicest people to deal with and responded quickly to any concerns or questions. When we arrived and the air conditioner had stopped working, they took care of it quickly and even gave us a partial refund for our first night, which we really appreciated. The house itself....we loved it, especially how it is decorated. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. It just felt like home. We will definitely go back if it is available when we visit the area again.

What a beautiful place.

The home is 98% updated. It's a beautiful place with the colors and styles. The kitchen is well stocked and has been totally redone. I even lost a "bet" that it wouldn't have beach towels. Not only are beach towels provided, but there are also 2 beach chairs. There are some games and plenty of books, including history and things to do about Charleston. The pool wasn't open yet, but there are rackets for the tennis court. All of the equipment for badminton is also available. The home is very well supplied for a week's stay. Laundry is also totally stocked. I brought some pods, but you wont need to. That is all supplied as well. With everything that is furnished, all you have to think about is what you want to see and do while you're there.

Lovely and quiet home for two weeks.

We found the apartment to be exactly as advertized. The furniture and beds were quite comfortable and clean. The apartment was very quiet, the bath and a half very clean and modern-we felt welcomed !

Nicely renovated townhouse, clean and convenient.

My daughter and I stayed there for the weekend while she had a local soccer tournament. The townhome was as described...cute, updated, clean, organized. Kerry was very kind and responsive. Old Village is a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in, close to Charleston, and very close to Sullivan's Island, (we were there in 7 minutes). I booked this very last minute and was so glad I did. You should too!

Great location and cosy 3bed perfect for a long weekend!

We loved staying at Kerry’s townhome in the old village. Great location, close to Charleston down town and the beaches. The house itself is modern, stylish and very well kept and cleaned. It was just what we needed for four adults and two small kids. Good communication with Kerry, our host, before and throughout the stay…We’ll be back!

My back ground is in 5 Star Hotel Management. Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland I've worked in some of the most beautiful hotels in the world. I hope this translates to your stay at my serene townhouse. I am here to make sure you, your family and friends have a memorable stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You can walk to restaurants, the supermarket & stores. Beach parking is easy to find and free, just make sure all 4 wheels are off the road or you'll get a ticket - I love station 26 on Sullivan's Island. Parking is not too hard in Charleston but generally you'll have to pay, either on a meter or in a parking lot. I like to Uber to down town, it's not very far, use City Market as a drop off point, ('Callies Hot Little Biscuits' is delicious for breakfast) - then get exploring, there's a lot to see and do!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The 'Old Village' is an historic neighborhood, just 6 miles from Down Town Charleston and just 2 miles to the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island. Close to restaurant lined Shem Creek, enjoy views of the waterways and working shrimp boats. Stroll Pitt Street bridge and enjoy sunsets over down town Charleston. Step back in time and enjoy a malt or grilled cheese at 'Pitt Street Pharmacy’s' soda fountain - next door shop at 'Out of Hand', grab a fab outfit for a night out in Charleston or Southern gifts to take home. You cannot beat this location.
