Donc, Ă  proximitĂ© du port / plage vous pourrez dĂ©guster le sel: Quelque part dans le monde, il ya un endroit oĂč le stress n'a pas le droit et la paix, la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et la dĂ©tente sont les seuls vĂ©ritables exigences de la journĂ©e. Si vous pouviez y aller, vous seriez bien profiter de vous-mĂȘme. Et quand votre temps il n'y avait plus, vous voulez rester plus longtemps. Et quand la vie vous a finalement fait arracher, revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine ... eh bien, ce serait une fatalitĂ©.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits dans le monde comme ça ... mais ceci est l'un d'eux. Il est Ă©lĂ©gant. Il est si prĂšs du port, vous pourrez dĂ©guster le Sel ... et les bateaux de pĂȘche sont Ă  quai un simple 300ft loin.

Bienvenue sur le sel de la Port Condo - North Rustico


Sel de la Port Condo est un condo 2 chambres SituĂ© dans le cƓur de l'historique port de North Rustico, dramatiques vues Port / ocĂ©an Il vous verrez la tĂȘte chauve aigles, hĂ©rons et autres oiseaux de rivage, voir les bateaux de homard comming et allant de La grande terrasse 300sqft. Pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo (HIS / ses vĂ©los inclus avec la location) de la cĂ©lĂšbre North Rustico Boardwalk! oĂč de belles vues peut ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ© pour l'ensemble de promenade de 10 minutes ou environ 3 minutes en vĂ©lo. La fin de la promenade se trouve la plage et des parcs nationaux (Family Park col inclus avec la location) et plus de sentiers VTT / marche. Rappelez-vous de prendre un bain dans l'ocĂ©an, le Canada atlantique a certaines des eaux les plus chaudes au nord de la Virginie

Marche pour les restaurants et boutiques: Il est un seulement une courte promenade de restaurants, de boutiques, poissonnerie, boulangerie, Ă©picerie, pĂȘche en haute mer, location de kayaks et le thĂ©Ăątre Montgomery.

Beautiful Bayside Location

North Rustico and North Rustico Harbour (20-30 minutes away by the boardwalk beside the sea) has been noted by Andrew Hempstead as “one of my favourite spots on Prince Edward Island” (MOONGUIDES, Atlantic Canada). The village boasts Fishermen’s Wharf Lobster Suppers, well-stocked grocery and liquor stores, local artisan and gift shops, a lovely park with an osprey habitat at its far edge and fantastic beaches within walking/biking distance. The N. Rustico Harbour village has more restaurants of excellent quality. While we thoroughly enjoyed our environs, we felt the property itself required a thoroughly sanitized cleaning, as well as a new queen mattress. We thank Jason for his immediate assistance with those issues he was able to resolve in the 6 days of our stay. Thank you to the owner, Kelvin, for his visit and chat.

North Rustico Reunited

An excellent beach house! The location was perfectly located for our family walks along the boardwalk and trips to the beach, Also for a Drive along the gulf shore parkway and chartering a fishing boat but perhaps you luck out with friends that have a vessel ; ) . It is a prime location for short drives everywhere we want to explore on the beautiful PEI! The house was equipped with everything we needed to host dinners for our family friends who live in North Rustico! North Rustico Cottage

Beautiful cottage in the heart of North Rustico, directly on the harbour front. Large, spacious master bedroom with a deck overlooking the harbour. Well equipped kitchen, 2 washrooms, one with laundry services. Sleeps 4 comfortably. We loved being close to the deep sea fishing boats, the boardwalk, the ocean!

Quiet, Quaint, and Beautiful

This home in North Rustico was perfect! The area is quiet and clean. It was so fun to sit on the porch and watch the fishermen (and women) go out in the morning. We put in our kayaks right out our front door where we checked out the oyster farm, watched a HUGE bald eagle snacking on something, and picked up shrimp with just our fingers. The walkway on the water down to the waterfront restaurants was so pretty. The area is safe, house was clean, and the two bathrooms great. Such a perfect place for a first visit to Prince Edward Island!

Close to the harbour. Never met the owner, but got in fine when we realised the apt number was in the address. Could use instructions for the streaming video option. Comfortable beds. Met the cleaner on our way out, and she was quite nice.

This is a great location.The property was clean and the couple maintaining things were friendly and helpful.Nice touches like a free park pass and use of bikes was very nice. My only issue was in communication prior to our arrival,but the owner was away on holiday and had things well arranged . We stressed about check in details but it was fine in the end.

Excellent location, spacious condo

It's hard to beat this location if looking to stay in North rustico This unit was very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The owner said that he would contact us shortly before we arrived but I did not see any correspondence. That being said, all the information that we needed and then some was all laid out for us at the condo and we had absolutely no problem at all. Mike, the caretaker met with us right after we arrived and offered with any help we would have required. I think the previous people must have cooked up some seafood. I took a bit over a day to air it out, but when at the east coast, the smells of seafood are expected. Overall this was a really great place for our family of four to stay. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet condo with a harbor view. The location was great. Walking distance to the grocery store, boardwalk, restaurants and seafood market. The condo had two comfortable beds , a washer and dryer and big t.v. that connected to Netflix. It was nice to have the park passes included. Disappointed they didn’t have a lobster pot for cooking, since it’s so close to the fresh seafood market. (Although the market does sell cooked lobster)

Great Location

The location of the property was great. The village of North Rustico and the harbour were wonderful as well. The actual unit is in need of a facelift to repair cracked floors, marked walls, and general wear and tear. A fresh coat of paint would improve the appearance. A brighter light in the bathroom would also be a big improvement. The level of cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom looked dirty around the toilet and in the bedrooms, the floors were also not very clean in some areas. The kitchen was not as well stocked as anticipated. Some simple additions such as a can opener and a brush to clean the BBQ would have been nice. The owner was a very nice and welcoming person so thank you Kelvin! This is meant to be constructive criticism that I hope you will find helpful.

Wonderful location! Great host!

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the price was unbeatable. It was very close to the water and the North Rustico lighthouse. It is also just down the street from The Blue Mussel Cafe, which was recommended all over the island to us as the best place to eat...and it did not disappoint! The host was very helpful and welcomed us in person to the property. He also provided us with passes to Green Gables and PEI National Park, which was very nice! Charlottetown is just a short trip away (about a 30 minute scenic drive). The charm of being out of the city was nice but since it was so close we went into the city twice. The only thing I will say is, if you are wanting to be right on the water without any obstruction of the view (a few houses, power lines), then this may not be the place for you. For some reason, we were under the impression we would be on the water (our own assumption based on pics/description), while we were VERY near the NR Bay and could see it from the condo, it was an obstructed view, nonetheless, we were still VERY pleased. The water and boardwalk was just a short walk away, as was a nice little grocery store and Fisherman's Wharf, where you can get a great lobster meal with a buffet and of course souvenirs. For the price you simply cannot do any better than this property in my opinion. It is in a beautiful part of town, the host is wonderful and the condo is nice and clean with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Everything you might want or expect

We had a wonderful few days in North Rustico, thanks largely to the convenience and comfort of this property. We were visiting at the end of the season, but found charm and value right on the waterfront. The unit was as advertised, everything worked and we even got extra tips and value from the owner.

Perfect Location

Thank you Kelvin for the use of your great condo! The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures! The location was amazing. It was within walking distance to the grocery store, many restaurants, a bakery, coffee shop and even the beach which was beautiful and quiet. We even walked one evening to the Watermark Theatre which gave a very impressive performance of "The Glass Menagerie". The free pass to the National Parks was a plus as we were able to park at many beautiful beaches for free. Lastly, a restaurant to not miss is the Blue Mussell cafe which has fantastic fish, and if you mention that you are staying with Kelvin they will give you a discount. North Rustico is truly a beautiful town and a great location in one of the most beautiful areas on the island.
