Bienvenue Ă  Dunes Drift Cottage - un exploitant agrĂ©Ă© de Tourisme Î.-P.-É. Laissez-vous emporter dans notre confortable maison d'Ă©tĂ© de plain-pied avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Que ce soit votre premiĂšre visite Ă  l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard ou que vous soyez un invitĂ© de retour, nous voulons nous assurer que votre sĂ©jour rencontre et dĂ©passe vos attentes!

Le chalet est situĂ© Ă  15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport de Charlottetown et Ă  quelques minutes de la plage Brackley et de la plage Ross Lane dans le parc national de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard (permis de parc gratuit et Ă©quipement de plage fourni). AccĂšs Ă  Brackley Bay (idĂ©al pour le kayak, le canot, la planche Ă  voile ou l'observation des oiseaux). Kayak tandem et gilets de sauvetage sont fournis pour votre usage. Pour les amateurs de golf, il y a de nombreux terrains de golf pittoresques Ă  proximitĂ©. L'Île-du-Prince-Édouard compte plus de 30 terrains de golf adaptĂ©s Ă  tous les niveaux de compĂ©tence.

Great location for enjoying Prince Edward Island National Park and the Confederation Rail Trail. Attractive decor and comfortable furnishings with spectacular water (and sunrise) views. Well supplied kitchen made meal preparation easy. Many little extra touches like a snack basket and beach supplies. All topped off with evening hot tub time! A delightful stay at Dunes Drift!

The house was very well stocked with the supplies, the owners thought of everything. I give them top marks. Beautiful location on Brackley Bay, we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Location is perfect, 15-20 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from the PEI National Park, about 30 minutes from the Green Gables Heritage Place. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved the location near Brackley beach and waking up to the sunrises on the bay! The cottage had everything we needed and more. The tv was not a Smart tv which would have made a difference for the evenings and/ or better game selection ( of course these are small quibbles). It truly was a perfect place to stay!!

Everything was absolutely beautiful. House was well stocked with cooking needs and beach needs.Rooms were very spacious and clean. Very comfortable sleeping with air.Wifi and tvs ran well also. Good for watching the Blue Jays.A very peaceful neighbourhood to sit and relax on back deck. We even got a close up of a bald eagle on rocks at end of property.We were very happy with our stay.

WOW beyond expectations!

Good communication with Sheila, who was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Special attention was paid to us upon arrival with a welcome note and a basket filled with goodies.The view of the bay WOW! The hot tub beautifully located with a view of the bay a very nice bonus!Very clean, very comfortable. The kitchen facilities exceeded our expectations, just like at home, no worries, everything is there. Same for the bathroom, with a small basket of soap, lotion, etc. Pretty much everything you need for outdoor and indoor activities. Easy access and a short drive to Brackley Beach National Park.Great internet access. We have rented several properties around the world and this one is at the top of the list. The only downside, which is beyond the owners' control, is the mosquitoes. Finally, we would have really appreciated being able to check in after 2:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm.Highly recommended. We would definitely go back.

Our stay at the Dunes View house was exceptional. The hosts thought of everything and we were very comfortable. The highlight of the property is the view that is hard to grasp just from the listing. At one point we watched a bald eagle catch an eel in the bay. We biked to the beach, kayaked on the bay, and admired our surroundings daily from the hot tub and inside the house. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had and we hope to be able to rent again in the future. It was only 20 minutes from Charlottetown which was perfect to take our daughter to hockey school and enjoy the beach or the bay before and after we had to drop her off. It's also not far from Cavendish so we were able to spend a day at the waterpark before she had to start hockey camp. We would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants to share their vacation with family- there is something for everyone.

Great Location and Lovely Home

My mom wanted to see the setting of Anne of Green Gables, and this home provided us with the perfect location. It was a short drive to the LM Montgomery sites, and the close proximity to the beach gave us the opportunity to also have some relaxation and fun in the sun. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts communicated with us throughout our stay. There’s lots to see and do in this area, and this home which is only about a 20 min drive from the airport was the perfect place to stay for our adventures.

We loved the location! When you come from the prairies and are land locked it is so amazing to see and hear the tranquility of the water. Beautiful and relaxing, quiet neighborhood.

Great location!

The hosts here were so kind and I can tell from my interactions with them how they’ve earned so many great reviews. They very kindly let us drop our bags off a few hours early so we could go explore without hauling our stuff around.The location is wonderful for beach access - truly a three minute drive and you’re there. We enjoyed driving through the park with the complimentary pass, both for beach access and to drive along the coast and see the nearby lighthouse. The neighborhood is very cute and the house is right on the water of the bay. When I stepped outside one morning, it was so quiet it was almost like being in one of those sound deprivation tanks. A welcome respite from my five kiddos at home, haha.Looking out on the water from the big wall of windows was so lovely, and the hot tub was a dream on a few chilly spring evenings. I grew up visiting my grandparents’ lake house in Texas and staying here gave me some nostalgia for those times - the house is unfussy and homey, the beach towels a mishmash of patterns, the living room closet stocked with games and paperback novels. It feels like visiting the home of friends or family, and there’s something very charming about that. You’ll be in good hands if you decide to enjoy a stay here!

Spectacular!

This property is not your ‘typical’ PEI cottage. I would more accurately describe it as a waterfront vacation home! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless!! The kitchen is well equipped and all the extras left us wanting for nothing. Location was fantastic, was peaceful in a tiny waterfront community. Sheila was very responsive if we needed anything at all. Highly recommend this home with stunning views and a perfect host! Thanks Sheila for everything. If able to I would have rated 8/5!

Awesome Property

The property is located within the perfect location of PEI. All the amenities you can think of for your stay was well provided. All necessary beach supplies were made available. The hot tub was great. If you're a cyclist like some of us, Brackley Beach is the perfect spot to cycle and explore. The host was great and quick to respond when needed. I highly recommend this location for your stay in PEI.

Absolutely Perfect

The Dunes Drift was a total gem. The location was central, in a very nice little neighbourhood and right on the water. The views were incredible. We loved sitting out first thing in the morning, and in the evenings while the sun set. It was so peaceful and quiet. Even though you can see the neighbours, it felt secluded. The grounds around the cottage were very well maintained and there was a nice hot tub and kayak to use. Inside the cottage was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. I have never stayed at a rental with such a well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed, and more. The bedrooms were all a good size and it was really nice to have 2 bathrooms. We will most definitely be back again!

We had a great time staying here. The house was exactly as pictured and the view was great. The home had everything we needed and even a welcome basket which was so nice. We were a group of 3 couples and there was enough seating and dishes for all. Loved our stay and will be back

Beautiful, serene stay on north side of PEI

My cousin and I stayed three nights. The water view is outstanding. The house had everything we needed, and it was very clean. Host Sheila was always quick to respond via text, including restaurant recommendations. PEI is small enough that the location was the perfect base for days trips across the island. I would definitely stay here again.
