The kitchen, which has been recently updated, offers an excellent opportunity to reduce dining costs by fulfilling all your culinary requirements.
The primary bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and grants access to the full bathroom located in the hallway.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
