Ski in Remodeled Entièrement Ski out Studio à Iron Horse Resort.

Profitez de la vue imprenable sur la Continental Divide depuis cette unité de ski / ski out rénovée. Ce studio confortable a été entièrement rénové. Il est situé au quatrième étage et offre une vue spectaculaire sur la fracture continentale. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes. Profitez de tout l'air frais de la montagne depuis le balcon. Ce condo peut accueillir confortablement 4 avec un lit escamotable et un canapé-lit.

L'Iron Horse Resort est une station de ski à service complet qui a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre séjour confortable sur place. Il y a une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée et 2 grands bains à remous extérieurs ainsi qu'un club de santé avec hammams et douches. Un magasin de ski à service complet est situé au centre sur les lieux et permet un accès facile depuis chaque Iron Horse Condo. Vous pouvez louer tout votre matériel de ski ou de snowboard, acheter des vêtements de ski ou obtenir une mise au point complète. Des laveuses et sécheuses sont disponibles au deuxième étage du bâtiment D.

Great place for a calm ski getaway

This place was great for a place to come back to after skiing and snowboarding all day. The amenities were useful, and it was extremely close to winter park base both by skiing and by car for delicious restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient but cramped

Great ski in/out location and check in process and communication were super easy. Only downside is the space is cramped, particularly with the sofa and Murphy beds extended. Furniture is large and awkward, making it even more cramped feeling.

Nice place easy to get on the slopes

Nice little place, great for 1-4 people. Easy to ski in and out, assuming you can ski a blue down mary Jane. The ski rental shop, xsports, is conveniently located at the bottom of the north building. It's a little too far to walk to the village when it's cold but the drive to town is easy out the warm garage and the food is probably better. Can't go wrong. Cheers

Great! The property is located on the "Corridor" trail accessed via the 5th floor of Building D. This unit is in Building C (4th floor near both the stairs elevator) and you walk inside between the two. The "Green Line" bus runs to the Iron Horse Resort if buying groceries ... otherwise you board / ski down (once again) on the "Corridor" trail. Two hot tubs, heated pool, gym, game room, and more!

Perfect

The property manager was amazing with communicating. She adjusted the check in and out time for us based on our flights. The condo was so cozy. I can’t say this enough - the bed was the most comfortable bed! The location was good too, a little out of the village part, but not terribly far (the first iron horse building.) The view was beautiful. Overall happy we found this!

Perfectly located ski-in/out studio

This studio had everything we needed for a few days on the mountain. The proximity to the Corridor run couldn't have been easier to access, the ski lockers perfectly located and renting skis within the same complex made the trip a breeze. The game room was perfect for our kids (12 and 10) and the dip in the hot tub was the best after a long day on the slopes. It's definitely tight living quarters when using the Murphy bed and fold out couch, but we were comfortable, happy, and would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Summer stay in Winter Park

House keeping was visually good however there was some dust and dirt behind the tv stand, I probably wouldn’t have noticed except we moved it from the wall to watch TV while lying in bed. There was no other option. Glad it was only my husband and myself whom stayed there as there is no privacy between the sleeper sofa and the Murphy bed. The shower was raised which I didn’t notice in the online pics (could have been my oversight) but it made showering difficult as the shower head was level with my face n neck ( and I’m only 5’4”). Other than a few little things our stay was nice.

Interesting, useful place

The owners have obviously invested in upgrading this unit as its decor is much more interesting than other Iron Horse units In which I've stayed or visited.The kitchen is very well equipped, with a great stove, pots and pans, and all the tools I like to have as I like to cook vs. going out. Areas in need of improvement regard appearances and housekeeping. The slate floor needed sweeping upon my arrival as it was a bit gritty. The dining table and chairs were quite dusty. The area rugs needed vacuuming, but the vacuum canister sorely needed emptying before I could sweep. Running the vacuum over the shag rug resulted in quite a bit of dirt pick up. While the decor has been upgraded, the craftsmanship left many of the outlet and switch boxes askew and/or popping out of the walls. A light fixture and fan in the bathroom are inoperable. The bathtub looks to have been filled in and tiled over, as there is a significant step up into the shower, making it unaccomodating for anyone 6'4" or taller. After getting over the unusual visual of that, the shower was fine. There is no place to hang long ski clothing, like bibs, to dry out. There is a closet with hangers, but the space is a bit too short for my longer stuff. The sheets on the Murphy bed were tattered, the pillows flat, and the spare blankets in need of laundering. The space in which the Murphy bed mechanism is located, at the head of the bed, is rather unsightly. Parts of the mechanism appear to have pulled out of the wall with someone attempting to hold it in place with blue painter's tape. The sight is such that had the pillows fallen into the space, I wouldn't have slept on them. No facial tissues or dish cloths were provided. There were some used sponges under the kitchen sink, but new, unopened ones should be provided as guests have no idea for what sponges were previously used.With these small improvements,

Location was perfect. Pool and hot tub were great. View was wonderful. Bedding was dirty on both beds. Did not provide enough towels for 4 people. Did make this right after we pointed it out. No pool towels provided so bring those from home. No condiments (not even salt and pepper) for cooking. Someone’s Vape was left behind and Found under cushion by our child upon arrival. Shower is extremely low due to raised floor from shower renovation. If you are over 5 foot tall it’s pretty uncomfortable so we showered in the locker room. No place to unpack your clothing. We have stayed many times in a studio at Iron Horse and didn’t have and of these issues.

Unfortunately, the pool was not available which was one of the primary reasons we booked this location. I had read recent reviews mentioning the pool was great and gone to the website to ensure there was no construction - I understand from locals this was unplanned maintenance/issue but disappointed - we should have been informed immediately with options. I was traveling with a child and we specifically picked our lodging due to pool and hot tub amenities. Additionally our room was fine as expected size wise - but very dusty above fridge/cabinets at our height level - and it had a rather odd shower that was a step up - we are tallish people so it was rather difficult and unexpected - I wish that had been made clear about this specific property.
