Living room has a new sectional sofa, comfortable over sized wicker chair and a 55” screen TV. The backyard is fully enclosed with brand new 8 foot PVC fence for privacy. The backyard is also equipped with a new barbecue grill and table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a sectional couch along with 6 Adirondack chairs that fit nicely around the gas fire pit. For your convenience there are beach chairs, beach towels and a backpack cooler to take to the beach. The town of Delray offers transport via a golf cart through an app called FREEBEE that you can download very easily. It will take you to the beach, famous Atlantic Avenue for shopping and dining and of course all the great happy hours. So there’s no reason to drive anywhere. Just relax, enjoy the sunshine, eat, drink, and be merry!
