Cette spacieuse maison de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains est située dans le quartier de Boynton Beach, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage. La maison a été récemment rénovée et repeinte. Il dispose d'une cuisine située au centre et de 2 chambres principales avec salle de bains privative. Vous trouverez ici 3 lits king size confortables, 1 lits queen size et 2 lits jumeaux pouvant accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Il y a un couchage supplémentaire disponible sur deux canapés gigognes. Il y a beaucoup de stockage ici pour vos effets personnels. Vous n'avez pas à vous soucier du linge pendant votre séjour, car il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place. Si vous décidez de faire quelques travaux, vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour votre ordinateur portable et les formalités administratives sur un grand bureau situé près des chambres. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision et vous pouvez profiter de votre match du dimanche sur un téléviseur intelligent de 65 pouces dans le salon.

Il y a 4 vélos, chaises longues et parasols, serviettes de plage / piscine et jouets de piscine.

Nous avons mis la maison sur le marché au printemps dernier sans piscine. Puis en été, nous avons retiré la maison du marché pour mettre à jour la cour arrière et construire une piscine avec hot tub et avons également apporté de nombreuses améliorations. Nous avons remis la maison sur le marché le 25 septembre avec une nouvelle piscine et une nouvelle terrasse, l'arrière-cour a une atmosphère de complexe avec beaucoup d'intimité. Le coin repas situé sur la terrasse est un endroit parfait pour vos repas en famille. Nous fournissons un barbecue à gaz, des chaises longues et un coin salon de divertissement entouré de plantes tropicales et de la nature pour vous offrir la meilleure expérience de vacances jamais et le confort dont vous aurez besoin. Nous pouvons fournir une sécurité autour de la piscine si vous avez de petits enfants.

Thanksgiving Vacation November 2024

This house was just what we needed. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our 8 people. The pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely stay again. The house was very clean and ready to relax in. I would suggest bringing wash cloths with you. There are plenty of clean fluffy towels but few wash cloths. Also there are not many baking dishes so bring disposable ones if you are cooking there. Lastly the Ice maker in the fridge doesn't work but bags of ice were fine with us. Overall this place is Great, the owners are very attentive if you need them, easy arrival process. Quiet private neighborhood. We will be staying here again.

Home sweet Home

We felt very welcomed. Home was clean & perfect for our needs while we evacuated from Hurricane Milton. We were thankful & blessed at a time of need. We are planning another trip that won’t be so stressful do we can enjoy the property. Recommend? A very yes

Horrific Stay

We checking in a Monday and we didn't have working air conditioning until Friday evening. We lost 3 days waiting around all day since they didn't come until evening for maintenance guys when they tried to fix though we were told they would come in afternoon. Thursday night Denise offers to move us to another property since they can't get the air condition to work, I tell her we will do it throughout the day Friday because now we have food and clothes and more items to back up. Then Friday air conditioning guys come to put in a new air conditioner-they fall through the rotting attic floor and leave big holes in master bedroom and master bedroom bathroom and lots of debris my husband and I cleaned up. The hot tub only worked 3 times, when we tried to select heat the spa and put on air blower it rarely worked, we found out the property manager had to turn it on remotely though she never admitted it but she said when I texted her it wasn't working she replied she was out to dinner and didn't see my text but try it now since it said it was working on her end, so obviously she had to turn it on. Microwave didn't work properly top of door was bent so you had to press it close when it was on the heat it. My son's bedroom had ants-they had to come twice to spray then just left us spray. We were asked Thursday night if we wanted to move to another place, and since next evening they fixed the air conditioner we didn't want waste 1/2 day moving. Asked for partial refund no one responded.

We had a family reunion and the house accommodated 3 generations of family. The five bedrooms and outside patio/pool area was terrific. The weather was great for the pool.

Exceeded our expectations

This was the perfect home for our extended family vacation. The pool and amenities were awesome. Beach only 5 minute drive. We have stayed at many VRBO and all thought this was the best we had been to. The property manager couldn't have been any nicer and so responsive to our needs while there. I would highly recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

Cane down for a family wedding. 8 adults. The house was spotless, tons of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats and bathrooms had toilet paper. The host was really nice and there when we got in. The pool was perfect and lots of lounge chairs . We were never on top of each other - open floor plan and a plus was the 2 master bedrooms. Will definitely come back. Location was in good proximity to restaurant, grocery stores and beach.

Info on our stay

very clean good location to the beach. The landscaping need attention, the bikes were not usable and the neighborhood was nice but the surrounding area was a concern. We felt safe but did not leave the property for walks alone. Lots of beach towels and chairs. Overall a we had a nice time. With the heat rising the pool maintenance should have been more then 1 time as we had to add water to the pool.

Amazingly relaxing stay

This was our first time staying at a rental property, and this will be our go to in the future. It was a family vacation and the house had everything we wanted for all of us. Amazing location, clean, 15 minutes from all the places we wanted to go, very quiet neighborhood, and minutes from the beach. Couldn’t get my 7 year old out of the pool. He was in there every day. Gino was extremely responsive to any questions we asked. Will definitely be back.

Girls Get Away

Our group consisted of sisters and nieces. Perfect for our family’s needs. Home was clean and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Also very clean. There are beach chairs and towels available for beach days. The area is close to the beaches, botanical gardens and shopping. Any questions we had, our host responded quickly. We had a wonderful experience and made a lot of fun memories!

Family Wedding Stay

House was perfect for 10 of us, including children. We were very happy that house came equipped with a portable crib and high chair. We used the spacious backyard and grilll as well!

Thanksgiving week

The house was large enough for our family of 9 adults and the backyard area was wonderful. There were plenty of beach towels provided and all kinds of beach/pool items provided in the shed. The house is also close to everything we needed. We would have appreciated more toilet paper and paper towels supplied as we were 9 people staying for a week. The owners should check the water and ice maker on the refrigerator (they work VERY slowly). Also, the hot tub never got above 92 degrees; we had it set to the recommended setting. Overall, the house and location were what we needed!

Our Second Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this property. Gino and his wife, Denise, are exceptional property managers. We had a few initial issues with some things in the house, but they were promptly addressed and fixed. The house itself has a wonderful layout that suits our needs perfectly. The backyard, with a heated pool and hot tub, is extremely comfortable. We are currently planning our third visit to this property. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Family Home

This was our first-time renting; we had a great stay. The home was very nice, comfortable, clean for our family. We enjoyed the backyard; the pool was wonderful. The location was great just a few minutes away from the beach and grocery stores. We will definitely stay again. Kevin was pleasant to speak with, and very quick to respond any questions. Overall, an awesome stay and would highly recommended!

Perfect for our trip

Happy Graduation!

Great visit. The house was terrific, it was as described on website. We were in town for ypungest daughter's graduation from FAU. The porta crib and high chair were perfect for my 18 month old grandson, and the futom/couch was great for my 2.5 year old granddaughter. The pool was great, the shallow area where you enter was just what my grandbabies wanted tovsplas around in. We loved the privacy and the gorgeous tropical plants that surrounded the property. We'll be back!

House was a not properly taken care of

Many problems with leaks , shower backup Appliances breaking down, had to have repairman in the house many days really ruined our time there When I called Vrbo after our stay asking for help to get a refund they took no responsible very diasappointing , although owner refunded cleaning fee $250 it did not alleviate the stress I felt during that week
