You'll have full access to the entire condominium during your stay. You also have access to the coin laundry located in the hallway on every floor. There is a storage closet located on the garage floor that hosts a wide variety of beach and pool essentials.

*Please note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the entire property.

*This unit has undergone some small renovations since professional photos have been taken. in December 2024 the owner replaced the carpets in the bedrooms with a wood-look luxury vinyl flooring.

We had a wonderful stay at the luxury oceanfront retreat. There is a beautiful view and a gorgeous condo. Fully equipped kitchen with every thing you would need to cook any meal. Very clean very comfortable beds. Lovely condo.

We did a "gals week" at the condo...Very nice condo, well appointed and great location. Victoria, the host was always in touch if any questions came up. Would have liked a couple of adirondack chairs on the deck as the ones there are high top seating and difficult to get into if you're short! All in all a great place!

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 10 days and I must say that we were thoroughly impressed. The unit was immaculate, very well appointed and very comfortable. It is on the far end of Ormond beach, which we really enjoyed because the beach was not so busy. There is a Dollar General directly across the street from building for any incidentals needed. We will definitely rent this unit again as the host is extremely nice to deal with.

The condo was so beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable beds and gorgeous balcony. Close to many different activities, restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

Million Dollar Views

This is such a lovely condo! It has every amenity you can think of. We didn’t miss one thing from our home in Michigan. Best of all the view is to die for.. ocean views from every room in the condo. Nothing better than being put to sleep by the crashing waves of the ocean. We will be back.

Look no further - this is the perfect place to stay. It far exceeded my expectations. The home is immaculate, very well maintained with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need, and it's all nice, with full sets of dishes, lots of storage containers...it feels like staying in a friend's home, not a rental. The beach is steps away from the property and not crowded with other people. The balcony is perfect for spending hours relaxing in the sun or people watching (there are always surfers). You can catch a great sunrise from the balcony or the beach. The property is centrally located for easy days in Daytona or St. Augustine. There is a grocery just a few blocks away, a great pizza place, and a restaurant with outdoor dining just a short walk down the beach. The owner communicated extremely well. All information you needed to know came ahead of time. I had one quick question (location of an obvious light switch I was blind to, nothing wrong at all) and got a response within minutes.For me, this vacation home was perfect and it's easily become one of my favorite places to stay. I felt fortunate to spend the week in such a lovely property. I'd give it more stars if I could!

Ormond Beach Stay

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week in Ormond Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean and roomy. We loved the great 5th floor view, right on the ocean with large balcony, to have our morning coffee and late afternoon glass of wine. There were many little touches that we appreciated: books, puzzles, a full-length mirror, lots of appliances and ample bath linens. Victoria made the entire process easy; we had her direct number but never needed it. The place is an absolute gem!

Very clean and spacious condo. We had a blast in Ormond Beach. The only downfall was no washer and dryer in unit, we had to go down the hall in hopes the one washer and dryer was available. It took 1 each use. We also were only left with a bath towel per person and 3 wash cloths. One bath mat for each bathroom. An extra set of bedding and towels would have been nice. We ended up buying our own sets of towels. Condo is not stocked with much. You will need to buy garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, and laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. The shades in the bedrooms are not room darkening curtains. It got stuffy and the sun shined bright in the bedrooms early in the AM. Other units had actual curtains for all sliding glass doors. We loved how close the condo is to the ocean and the pool is amazing!!!

Jennifer left the condo extremely dirty and left the unit damaged. After requesting (per VRBO customer service) that she cover the costs for the additional cleaning and the repairs needed (which she did not contribute towards at all), she felt it appropriate to leave a bad review. It's very disappointing to know that there are people this disingenuous out there.
