Beautiful view, great location. Matresses were unsanitary, stains beong believe! House hvac didnt work and the ac in my bedroom didnt work. It was 75 degrees in the house durring the day. After check in an employee informed my friends staying with me to park at the corner because our 2 guaranteed spots were parked in. After receiving 150 dollars in tickets for parking where the employee instructed us to park the owner did nothing a out it or the ac or the fact that only 1 toilet worked. Great location if someone would maintain and take care of the property. Not as advertised, and the contact was defensive and rude to us.
Location was perfect, it is close to everything with food and shopping within 100 feet. Bedrooms down a long hallway were spread out well. It shows its age some places but we were there for the beach and boardwalk so this was perfect for us.
This place is a disgusting. It was filthy. Under the bed, next to the dressers, bathroom floors all accumulated dirt and potential mouse droppings. Hair in the shower. Tried to use the few plates they provided and picked up 2 to see them unwashed and a middle plate was just covered in crumbs. We only
Stayed for really a day and two nights so ate out and just avoided use of everything in the house, but just was so run down and not as seen in the pictures. Also we went in the offseason and needed heat. It doesnât work and we froze. It was colder inside than outside during the day. Heat would not rise above 65 ever and only if emergency heat setting was on. The other reviews were misleading. I would not spend money here.
We booked this property because it has 2 reserved parking spots and we had family staying on 119th St that wanted to be sure to be able to park closer to the boardwalk. The parking spots are a little bit of a walk, but not terrible. Communication was good. You cannot beat the location, and out of all the rentals owned by this company in this building, this one is by far the nicest because it's recently been redone.
Bath towels, 2 rolls of TP, and a small bottle of dish detergent are provided--that is it. I travel with what I call a "kitchen tote" of supplies we might need. (paper towels, napkins, hand soap, trash bags, etc.) Sometimes I don't touch it, at this property I was glad to have brought it so we didn't have to go to store for a 3 day trip. The pictures shows a Keurig and a regular size coffee maker, there was only a 4 cup coffee maker. That was fine for us to start the day.
I would probably book this place again, especially being more prepared to know what to bring, like a kitchen towel. We enjoyed the location and being able to hang out on the balcony, lots of furniture for all. A bonus is a small hose at the bottom of the steps for sand removal!
