Quick Weekend Getaway

The property was overall great and included everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Excellent views of the ocean and located with minutes of restaurants and other fun activities.

AMAZING!!

We’ve been coming to PCB a couple of times a year for over 20 years and stayed in many condos and this one hits the top of the list. RealJoy is great with everything! SUPER CLEAN! Easy to communicate with. Great location too! Thanks for making our trip for my wife’s 50th birthday so special! Will be back this winter…

The actual room/condo we stayed in was amazing! It was everything it was supposed to be! Very clean and accommodating. The only issues we had were: 1. The elevators! We were on the 17th floor and when we came to check in, only 1 of 3 elevators were working and we had to wait about 40 minutes before we could even catch one, I was NOT hauling luggage for 5 people up 17 flights of stairs. 2. The parking garage is terrible! We were in a Dodge Durango with a luggage carrier and by the time we got the the 5th floor of parking garage (our assigned spot) We had to stop in the middle of the garage to unload the top of the car because our luggage was hitting the low hanging pipes from the ceiling and I was afraid we were going to damage something. And when we packed up to leave, we had to pull outside of the garage just to load the car. 3. The pool patio area is very small and limited chairs. You would think for a 22 floor building there would be more room. Other than those issues, everything was great!!

3 elevators on the property, if you're lucky 2 work. You'll wait a considerable amount of time for an elevator. When you get one, expect to be overcrowded. One morning only 1 elevator was working. NIGHTMARE!! Ocean Reef staff told me "They're always broken"The parking garage is comical! If you are in a full-size truck/SUV, be prepared to make 2 point turns everywhere you go. Hope and pray that you're not going to meet anyone and that your parking neighbor drives a Prius or bicycle. If my truck is 6' wide, the parking places are 6'2". Condo itself was clean. (only truly positive thing I can say) Living room TV was broken. Management responded to my message close to 24 hours later. The Maintenance guy that came out agreed. Their remedy was bringing a TV equivalent to the size of a pizza box and setting it on the credenza in front of the larger non-working TV hanging on the wall.Bring descaler for the Keurig coffee maker if you want to use it.Overall, I was pleased with how clean the unit was, its location and proximity to the beach/restaurants and the feeling of being safe.In the future however, I would make this a secondary choice for my next trip to PCB. There needs to be some significant money spent on this entire building and the room that I stayed in. It seems like the kind of place that they're maintaining just enough to check a box. There is a huge margin between the owner's desire to make money and the comfort of their guest. Keep that in mind!!

Expectations were met and exceeded. Room was clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Beds were comfortable and the bedding extremely clean. Same for the bathrooms. Nice large balcony with two seating areas, and the parking situation is amazing. I loved not having to go across the street to get to my car. Elevators were a BREEZE. Never waited more than. 90 seconds for an elevator. Not crowded at all. Honestly just really impressed with the stay. Would stay again 10/10
