*BOTH SIDES OF THIS DUPLEX ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT -- FOR UP TO 18 GUESTS!*

The best of both worlds -- Beach and Lake! This amazing - JUST RENOVATED - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is waterfront -- located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Phillips Inlet in Pirate's Cove Inlet, providing instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Got a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you! We are located on the West End of Panama City Beach, only a few minutes from Publix, Carillon Beach, 30A, many restaurants and Camp Helen. If you don't have a boat, you can rent a kayak or paddleboard at Camp Helen and have a great time on the lake. Would you rather be on the beach? Grab your beach gear and head to one of the nearby public beach access points, less than 5 minutes from our driveway. OR even better . . . boat to Phillips Inlet and then spend the day on the sand where the gulf and lake converge. Got kids? Swimming in Phillips Inlet is one of ours favorite things to do
 feels like you are in the gulf without the danger of the undertow. Like to fish? There is great fishing in Lake Powell. Like to crab? The inlet is the perfect place to catch crabs. Feeling lazy? Spend the day relaxing by one of our two onsite pools, both of which have just been completely updated. This property offers a little bit of everything and is a perfect, quiet, family destination.

Our townhouse has just been completely renovated and is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that sleeps up to 9 people. Furnished with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. We also have the unit next door which is basically a mirror image of this unit and there is an adjoining door that connects both units. (*SEE VRBO LISTING # 3811818) Send us a message if you are interested in both sides, which could potentially sleep up to 18 people when rented together.

Last minute get away

We enjoy this location as it is minutes from the beach and grocery stores but set off from the populated areas. We stayed in the same area several years ago and my husband who is hard to please loved it. Your within 15 minutes of everything but its peaceful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and out process was very easily understood.

Fun

The house was perfect. Was everything and more that we could ask for. My kids had a blast and mins from everything and far enough from all the craziness. Publix and winn dixie right around the corner. We drove to laguna beach 5 mins away where you can park at the beach. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Spring Break was wonderful!!

Our family loved the condo. They have everything, if you forgot something, no worries. Neighbors were so nice, place was very clean, beds were comfortable, both pools were nice, boat ramp and pier to fish off of. Everything anyone could want including beach access close to the condo and a BBQ grill. Cara is wonderful, if you should need something she’s just a call away. Very pleased with our stay and plan to return.

This place is AMAZING!!!

My husband and I stayed at unit 150 for our 23rd Anniversary and everything was perfect. It was so easy communicating with Cara to get this booked and to get the check in and check out information. This is a perfect location! Its so close to the beach, its on the lake and it has anything you might want or need right at your finger tips. The unit is fully stocked and so clean, nice and neat. Its a perfect place for a few nights, a week or a month. Its so quiet here day and night and again its perfect!! Thank you Windsong Getaways for a wonderful place to stay!!
