We understand how disruptive and unpleasant a persistent odor can be, especially when it becomes worse throughout the day. We sincerely regret that the issue could not be resolved during your stay. We’ll continue to follow up on this matter to determine the underlying cause and ensure it is properly addressed. We also appreciate you bringing the ceiling fan, AC, pest activity, and general condition of the property to our attention. These are all areas that warrant further inspection and attention from our maintenance and management teams. Thank you as well for the feedback regarding the beach access and the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. We understand how helpful it would be for guests to know ahead of time that the access involves stairs, particularly when traveling with beach equipment or young children.
