The Space:

With 500 m² of space, HOP Macao features five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing full privacy for all guests. The living and dining areas are spacious and seamlessly connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The pool faces the lagoon, surrounded by social spaces including a BBQ grill, traditional clay oven, hammocks, and a layout designed for relaxation and connection with nature.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Macao, including five bedrooms with private bathrooms, the pool, clay oven, BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen, and indoor/outdoor social spaces. Free private parking is also available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

HOP Macao is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community—a safe and private environment with direct access to the beach, lagoons, clubhouse, children’s play areas, and nature trails. Surrounded by greenery, flowers, and birds, the condominium enjoys year-round sunshine and a strategic location: just 10 minutes from Pisco, 20 from Chincha, and 30 from the Paracas Reserve. A nearby gas station offers a minimarket and restaurant for your convenience.



Getting Around:

HOP Macao is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. To reach it, enter through the PRIMAX gas station (with a restaurant and minimarket), and follow the dirt road to the entrance of Playa del Carmen. From there, you can head north toward Lima and Chincha, or south to Pisco, Paracas, and Ica. Supermarkets and shopping centers are within easy reach in Pisco and Chincha.



Other Things to Note:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer self check-in and a dedicated host who will be available via WhatsApp throughout your stay. Upon arrival, a housekeeper will welcome you and guide you through the property. Our maintenance staff is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Additional services like a private chef or daily housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.
