Relax on the plush sofa, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, listen to records, try your hand at a selection of board games, take a dip in the cold plunge followed by a soak in the hot tub, or simply unwind with a good book in hand. Enjoy the thoughtfully designed new shed area with bar and loft net with a classic Nintendo 64 complete with all the fun Mario games for hours of entertainment.

Two fully equipped kitchens are a culinary haven for food enthusiasts. Whip up delicious meals using top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a wide range of cookware. Enjoy your creations at the large dining table, which provides a cozy setting for intimate meals or lively conversations with your loved ones. An old school Coke machine and an espresso machine will keep you hydrated and caffeinated during your stay.

For outdoor enthusiasts, a range of activities awaits you nearby. Embark on a hiking adventure in the nearby Indian Peaks Wilderness, ski or snowboard the slopes of Eldora Mountain (10 minute drive away), or take a leisurely stroll around the lake. Parking is available at the bottom of the unit off Peak to Peak Highway and also at the top off of Pine Street.

Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a $50 fee. Just ask the question and I’ll see what I can do pending other guests.

Up to 2 Dogs may be allowed so long as they are well behaved and crated while guests are out of the house. A $200 pet fee will be applied.
