We want to be clear that we never received any message, call, or notification from you during your stay about cleanliness concerns, the bedroom door, or the outlet. We don't even know what outlet you're referring to and would have appreciated some details for an electrician. We are available and responsive throughout a guest’s stay and would have gladly addressed any of these items right away if we had been made aware. Leaving a review with issues that were never brought to our attention during the reservation is not how we prefer to resolve problems. This platform is very different from its competitor and using the review system as a weapon towards hosts is not how we operate. Communication so concerns can be fixed in real time, rather than only appearing after checkout, is very important to VRBO and vacation rental hosts. We take feedback seriously and will review the items you mentioned. We hope future guests will reach out to us directly if anything needs attention so we can make it right while they are still here.

Thank you for your feedback. The grill is only a couple of months old and simply needed a quick seasoning (we keep a kit on-site for guests to use). I wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have addressed the hot tub right away with our cleaner. We take these comments seriously and will make sure both are thoroughly checked.
