About the Area: Hampton Bays is a charming hamlet in the Hamptons, nestled between Peconic and Shinnecock Bays. It features the Shinnecock Canal, connecting the bays, and the Shinnecock Inlet, linking Shinnecock Bay to the Atlantic Ocean.
Pool & Outdoor Experience: Our pool is a highlight! Enhance your stay by requesting pool heating before arrival for $75/day or $400/week. Note: Post-check-in requests incur an additional $100 fee. For a cozy escape, consider heating the pool in September and October (weather permitting).
Enjoy outdoor dining with our propane grill (gas tank provided; refill if necessary). Stay warm with patio heaters and a propane firepit, perfect for spring, summer and fall evenings.

• Old Carriage House Room: Full-size bed, full bathroom, original room of the home.

Kitchen Fun: Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for snacks or gourmet meals. It includes dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and a dishwasher. The kitchen seats 6, and the dining room seats 8. Start your day with exceptional coffee from our Keurig machine, with complimentary pods of various flavors and sometimes hot chocolate and teas.

Q: Do I need to bring towels or linens? A: No need to worry! We provide all towels and linens for your convenience including beach/pool towels.
Q: When can I check in or check out? A: We aim to accommodate your preferred check-in and check-out times. Standard check-out is at 10 am, and check-in is at 3 pm. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance.
Note: Early check-ins may not be possible if we have guests departing the same morning, as we need time to professionally clean the home. However, you can usually drop off your luggage, and the house will be ready by 3 pm at the latest. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
Q: Will I have a key? Can I come and go as I please? A: No keys needed! You’ll receive an electronic code to unlock and lock the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, we take pride in providing a spotless home for our guests. For longer stays, you can request additional cleaning services at your expense. Just ask your host!
Q: Are there any restaurants within walking distance? A: There are plenty of restaurants in the area but none within walking distance.
Q: Is there parking on-site? A: There is parking in the driveway enough for 6 to 7 vehicles.
