Le domaine de Southampton avec une vaste propriété de 3 acres surplombant la baie abrite cette maison historique de 1886 entièrement rénovée de 5 000 pieds carrés. Pottery Barn chic donne des images d'espaces de vie de style familial bien coordonnés et confortables. Le décor de notre maison est conçu d'après une esthétique Restoration Hardware qui crée des images de prises haut de gamme, polies et modernes sur des looks d'inspiration vintage.
Cinq chambres dont une immense suite parentale, 3. 5 salles de bain, salle à manger formelle, 3 foyers, piscine chauffée, bain à remous, véranda, jeu de plein air et bien plus encore.
À seulement 1 1/2 en voiture de la ville jusqu'à la porte d'entrée sans circulation.

Perfect getaway

Megan was super responsive with any questions I had. Check and check out was easy. Property is gorgeous! So close to Southampton and Westhampton. We had a magnificent time!

Best week getaway with family and friends!

We had an incredible time at this house!!! It literally felt like we were staying at a luxury resort and had everything we could have possibly needed for our getaway. Our group included young kids and adults all of whom had an amazing stay. The tennis and basketball court was in great condition and provided endless fun activities. The pool was a great size and the heater worked well when it was needed. There is a ton of space to play sports and games as well as a fire pit which was a great way to end our evenings. The inside of the home was well decorated and in great condition with plenty of space for all. Pictures do not do this house justice and our kids felt like we had our own camp for our stay. I would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful House

The house was simply wonderful. It was clean and very roomy. There are many rooms in this house. The yard is to die for. We were so happy that we chose this place. The owner is wonderful and she was very easy to work with.

Perfect summer house

We rented this house for the week! Communication with the owner was amazing! The house was very spacious and had a lot of amenities! The listing said newly renovated! It was super nice but not newly renovated a little outdated from when they built it. Back yard was very nice and spacious. Would definitely rent this house again.

An excellent summer home

Ms Meyer’s home is spacious snd accommodating. The amenities kept us at home for most of our stay . Outstanding pool, hot tub snd tennis/pickle all courts. The family enjoyed themselves for the week ❤️❤️

Great property for our group of 8 friends who take an annual golf trip. House accommodated all of our needs and was very spacious. Excellent area outside for additional activities. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Wonderful backyard!

We had an amazing week at Megan’s house. The property is well taken care of and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The real gem is the backyard with the large pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Plus the property is very large and private. Megan was super responsive and helpful throughout.

Great location and very responsive host!

My family (6 adults and 6 kids) had a great time at this location. There were a few hiccups but the host was super responsive, which was great. Excellent location as well. The house could use a little updating but was perfect for our needs. Only note is bedroom in the basement is not private- just an alcove. The house is very private and the pool was really nice. Overall great stay. Definitely recommend!

Fun place to getaway and hang out with friends!

The property was very spacious and was able to accommodate my group of friends. It was very close to the beach and also many activities to do around the house. The host was very responsive and was very easy to get in touch with when necessary. Overall great experience and would book again in the future!

Annual family vacation

Wonderful house for our family and friends to be together. Megan communicated with me as needed and we really loved the warm homey vibe she created. Lots to keep the little ones and the big kids (adults!) occupied. The location is close enough for easy day trips to east end of Hamptons, but away from the hustle and traffic. Kitchen is well stocked, making at home dining fun and easy. We even brought in a professional chef for a dinner party. Cheers to another successful family vacation !

The house is great for large groups especially with kids - the pool is great and so is the yard with tennis court. Area is very nice, quiet but not far from many things to do. Needs some updating. Cleaning could be better - a few messy areas, some you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some broken amenities in kitchen. No gas grill on property which was a bummer.

Family vacation-2022

The indoor living space was large and comfortable for our family. The kids enjoyed the large yard, tennis and basketball court and swimming pool. However the 1st floor bedroom had no a/c and was uncomfortable for sleeping. There was no safe way to enter the hot tub as there were no steps. The gas grill was unusable and the ice maker was broken. The house needs to be updated and repairs made. We had an issue with algae in the pool and our host Megan was very responsive and rectified this issue immediately.

BLACK MOLD / UNDISCLOSED CAMERAS OVERLOOKING POOL. RUN AWAY!

VERY LARGE AREA OF BLACK MOLD IN BASEMENT (2 FEET AWAY FROM A BED) *UNDISCLOSED* CAMERAS OUTSIDE FACING POOL AREA. We had 5 kids with us. Age: 8 weeks, 9 months old, 2 years old, and two 4 year olds. Diapers were changed, bathing suits were taken off. All in an area that had an undisclosed video camera. There is zero guarantee that these children/my children were not recorded. Just incase host says that disclosure of video cameras is in her listing it’s only because VRBO made host update description to include presence and location of video cameras ASAP (within 24 hours) or her account will be suspended.

Wonderful stay in Large house and large property- great for multiple families

This house has everything you need and is especially great for large families coming together. We had babies and toddlers with us and the house has a great set up for everyone to gather on the main bottom floor with a large dining room set , open living room with TV, movies, games, toys already there. BackYard is huge with playground set, fire pit with chairs around it, large pool (that you can pay extra to heat), jacuzzi, tennis court that also has basketball nets on it, gas grill, outdoor dining set. PLENTY of towels and linens, extra throw blankets, washer and dryer and coffee maker. Truly everything you need. The downstairs basement has a bed about 10 feet down the hall so baseball is a great bedroom for a family with kids and multiple kids can sleep on couch if looking for extra beds. House also came with blow up mattress if needed! AC works great also. Property owner Meghan was so responsive to any questions we had and so helpful and nice! Check in was very simple. Ponquogue Beach is only 10 minutes away. Grocery store very close by. Montauk is about 50 minutes if interested in seeing that town. We took kids close to mini golf which was fun but honestly you really don’t need to leave the house if you just want a relaxing summer house vacation. Highly recommend!!

Misadverstised

Everything would have been great, except… the listing is marked with a “heated pool”. When we asked for the pool to be heated the own gave us some run around about needing to get rates for the propane and that it would be an additional charge. She never provided the rates. The pool service company showed up and turned on the heater. After a couple hours we decided it wasn’t worth dealing with the owner so we turned it off. She then tried to send us a bill, marked a month before our stay, charging us for her entitled propane tank to be filled. The heater ran for a couple of hours, using a few gallons of propane. This is has scam written all over it. We had an amazing bachelorette weekend, and this owners actions are putting a negative vibe on the event. Would NOT recommend.

Deceptively Described, In Need of Repair, and Watch for Excessive Security Charges!!

Our family rented this house to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday together. The house was advertised as able to sleep 14-15 - and we were 7 people. We were very, very disappointed in both the condition of the house and in the owner's handling of our monies and the excessive fees we were charged (which included being charged a portion of the owner's cable bill, gardening, water bill, internet fees!). In addition, we had difficulty in getting our much diminished security deposit back from the owner - we had to follow-up three or four times and it still took 5 weeks. We have used VRBO many times over the last few years and this is the first time we have been so terribly disappointed and mistreated. Below are some of the maintenance and repair issues we faced. Upstairs shower (non- master) mildew on shower curtain Upstairs master - no closet to hang clothes was a problem Grounds not kept - grass not mowed (until the morning we were departing). Then, when the gardener did show up, they came BEFORE 8am and immediately start with mowing right next to the house. Lounge chairs on the deck were dirty (and one was broken) - we couldn't sit on them Bricks and coping stones surrounding the deck and pool were broken and unsightly Hot Tub was too dirty to use (which didn't stop us from being charged to a Hot Tub cleaning fee!! Main TV in living room was not working The garbage bins were overflowing upon our arrival and we had no place to put garbage for five days. It was disgusting outside (smelly and foul to look at) since animals kept getting into the garbage - which we had to clean up each morning Duvet covers were stained and dirty - we had to take them off the beds There were not enough towels for a group of 7 - never mind 14-15 Many of the light bulbs were burned out throughout the house and needed replacing Although this is advertised as a 6 bedroom house, three of the bedrooms are marginal at best (no bathrooms and low ceilings). The kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty and filled with old, moldy food. Although the house is described as having a fully equipped kitchen - I would say it was 'modestly' equipped at best.

A perfect family getaway

The long ride up the driveway to a beautiful comfortable house made me so happy It was the prefect place to celebrate thanksgiving with my family There were games to play outside for all ages and plenty of room inside to eat and play some fun games The stores are close by to buy anything we needed. Hopefully we can go back in the summer.

Wonderful Vacation

We were 11 family members and had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and tennis court were great, we really didn't need to go anywhere else. We would consider going there again. Thank you Megan.

Hampton Bays House

Great location. Responsive manager, house was well large enough for our family of nine adults and two teenagers. Tennis court and pool used a lot. Outdoor eating area was great as we all sat comfortably around the two table set up. Fire pit was also used several times. Proximity to the beach was excellent as well.

Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration

Our stay in Hampton Bays was heaven on earth! The house is so inviting that there were days we never left the premises! It was conveniently located near all necessities. There were eleven of us and the dining table was able to seat us at the same time. The pool and hot tub were where most of us hung out. We found everything we needed in order to prepare and eat meals. It was hard to leave!!

While there is so much to do in the Hamptons we usually just hang out in the house and relax at the house swimming, making large meals together, playing soccer, and now we have a new tennis and volleyball court. On rainy days we watch movies in the movie room, play board games, etc...
