Jefferson Ouest, Caroline du Nord - Niché à flanc de montagne, à 3900 pieds d'altitude, Absolute High offre de superbes vues panoramiques à vous couper le souffle. Dès votre arrivée, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. À l’intérieur, vous trouverez une cheminée en pierre avec des bûches à gaz dans le salon, idéale pour vous détendre lors d’une nuit fraîche à Carolina Mountain.

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous ouverts les uns aux autres pour que tous les cuisiniers ne perdent pas une minute de plaisir. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner. 2 chambres sont à l'étage qui partagent une salle de bain complète. Une offre un lit queen, tandis que l'autre offre 2 lits jumeaux. Au niveau principal se trouve la suite principale qui comprend un lit queen-size et une salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche à l'italienne. La télévision par satellite avec chaînes locales et le forfait ESPN sont disponibles sur le téléviseur à écran plat situé dans le salon.

En bas, vous trouverez une nouvelle salle de théâtre avec des sièges confortables et une grande télévision à écran plat. Une nouvelle table de baby-foot est également disponible!

Que vous passiez la journée à vous promener au centre-ville de West Jefferson, à monter Mount Jefferson, à faire du canoë-kayak, à pêcher la New River ou à faire du shopping au Tanger Outlet Shoppes à Blowing Rock, vous adorerez revenir à cette cabane en rondins offrant une vue panoramique sur les montagnes Blue Ridge. Situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville de West Jefferson, NC et à quelques minutes en voiture de Boone, NC et de Blowing Rock, NC. Banner Elk, Caroline du Nord, Linville Gorge et Grandfather Mountain sont des excursions faciles à partir de cette maison de Carolina Mountain.

3 Day Vacation

It was very Relaxing and Enjoyable to sit in the Rockers on the back deck and take the Mountains in. My Husband and I with our 2 Dogs (Toy Maltese and Shorkipoo) Enjoyed our stay. The Cabin was very Clean, and the Kitchen was well stocked with Pots/Pans/Utensils etc for Preparing a meal. This Cabin is within minutes of Downtown West Jefferson to a Variety of Wonderful Shopping and Restaurants. We Recommend Carolina Mountain Rentals Staff they are very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Reviewer Comments: first time renting a cabin and we were not dissapointed. the staff were really friendly and helpful each time i contacted them. property was located close to west jefferson which is what we wanted. cabin was clean and stocked with the basic necessities. the only negative i have is the back yard is really steep.

The perfect Christmas cabin

We arrived to snow! The house is located at the top of the mountain and there are gorgeous views from the top of the driveway to the mountains on one side and another expansive, gorgeous view of the mountains and valley stretching out behind the house from the back windows and porches. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable and it was the perfect holiday retreat.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Absolute High. Small glitch with the fireplace so be sure to ask if gas has been delivered if looking to rent soon. Otherwise, nothing but great things to say-well stocked-very clean and cozy. Would definitely rent here again.

We loved the location and the cabin was well stocked and very nicely decorated. They had put out fall decorations which made it feel so homey. The view from the decks are incredible. The neighborhood is full of deer and we enjoyed seeing them on morning walks with our dog. We had an issue logging in on the TV, but the management company was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Hope to visit again soon!

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was excellent! The views were everything to have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. We saw deer below the deck almost every day. There was a Gray Hawk that flew by several times. We put up a humming bird and had hummers in 15 minutes. It was also a treat to see the US Air Force F-16s fly by below the mountains. We are planning our next visit.

Excellent location and access to town. Beautiful home! Beautiful view! Very satisfied with that but the house was not clean. There were dead huge flies all over the floor in the living room. There was black animal hair in the tub down stairs. The bedroom upstairs with queen bed had large flies flying around window. At one time I counted 20. Biggest flies I ever saw. Whoever cleans for you does not do a good job.

Great Views, Cottage and Location

The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished, but a little cozy for larger groups. Full disclosure, we were there for Thanksgiving and there were 4 Master Chefs (in our own minds) trying to prepare the dinner at the same time (LOL). Anyway... we had a wonderful time, the cabin was lovely, everything in the cabin worked and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend this cabin for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, with wonderful views. and quiet relaxation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 had a wonderful time at this cabin right after Christmas. It was warm, clean, and inviting. The location was perfect - close to hiking and 5 minutes from groceries and town. The downside to us was that the "hot tub" was not actually a hot tub but a jetted bathtub. Our family was really looking forward to a family soak in a hot tub, but this was not possible with the set up. All in all it was a great set up for a few days away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this home on a whim to just get away and rest. This home provided just want we needed to relax. Unfortunately the weather spoiled our ability to sit on the deck and enjoy the lovely view in the comfy rockers.The gas fireplace was great. Home was very convenient to downtown West Jefferson. We went midweek and found many of the stores and downtown restaurants were closed for various reasons. I believe winter and mid week is a time for renovation and closures for many.But we were fine to cook at the house. But if shopping or eating out is a priority for the renter I would suggest going on the weekend.

Disappointed

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was adorable, and the view was great. Though some pretty important things were missing. There was no water pressure, the water was filled with dirt and grit, the shower curtain was mildewed, spiderwebs in the upstairs bedroom, uncomfortable furniture, and a terrible old grill that we felt like was about to fall apart. It was cozy, but not a place I would come back to.

Wonderful Views and Neighborhood

I stayed at this beautiful property for 5 days during Christmas and it was just what me and my husband wanted. The views were fantastic and the neighborhood was beautiful, we took walks every day with our Golden Retriever Pup and really appreciated the location. The cabin was extremely clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check in was super easy, the property manager called me the day of our check in and let us know the access code for the door. The only two things I would say I was not super happy with and could be a suggestion for improvement is the Master bathroom shower had really low water pressure, I think if they changed the shower head it would improve the pressure because the other bathroom upstairs had a different shower head and the pressure was way stronger and 10 times better. And the other suggestion for improvement would be the Master Bedroom Bed was really uncomfortable, not sure if the mattress is old or just not the best. I think now always there are good quality king mattresses for under $1,000. They should look into purchasing a new one, the Lull bed is great and inexpensive. To sum up this review I would definitely stay at this property again because overall it is a great property with great views. If your looking for a nice peaceful vacation spot I would definitely choose to stay here. We also did a lot of hiking and activities which were all 45 to 1 hours away and the drive was very enjoyable as your are surrounded by mountains.
