Families book Tu'nlii when the photos catch their eye and the stay wins them over: creekfront views, room to spread out, and evenings that never quite leave the property.
Four bedrooms sleep nine on 2.6 acres along Oak Creek. Strong AC, a stocked kitchen, a secret bookshelf door kids love, and outdoor space for creek walks, sunsets, and fire pit nights.

David and Nadine are available by text before and during your stay. Ask about kid-friendly creek spots, shaded hikes, winery patios, or anything else you need.
They are not on site, but many guests are return visitors who mention feeling at home and planning their next trip before they leave.

Cornville is a quieter alternative to staying in Sedona, with easy access to wine country and outdoor trips.
In summer you get shaded creek canyons nearby, vineyard patios, and temperatures well below Phoenix. Page Springs Cellars is about 10 minutes away. More than 20 tasting rooms sit within a 15-minute drive.
Guests like being peaceful and away from the tourist areas while still close to Sedona, Cottonwood, and Camp Verde for day trips.
Nearby summer outings include West Fork Trail, Slide Rock, Cathedral Rock at dawn, Bell Rock, Old Town Cottonwood, and Jerome. Many families plan Sedona trips, then spend more time on the property than they expected.
You have full access to Tu'nlii House and the creekfront grounds.
A private trail leads to Oak Creek. In summer, guests wade in, sit in the shade along the bank, or listen to the water from the deck and fire pit.
The bookshelf door opens to the lower entertainment level. Outdoor areas include the cedar hot tub, fire pit, covered deck, and hammocks.
The lower property is not fenced so wildlife can move through. Please stay within the marked property boundaries.
The house sits on a hill overlooking the meadow, mountains, and creek. Guests often say they planned outings but ended up staying in to play games, watch sunsets, and gather around the fire pit.
Inside: open living with big windows, four bedrooms including a bunk room for kids, and a secret bookshelf door to the lower level for movies and games on hot afternoons.
Outside: cedar hot tub, fire pit, covered deck, hammocks, picnic spots, and a trail to Oak Creek. Dogs and kids love roaming the grounds and splashing in the water.
