This place is your modern chill haven after a day out exploring Petoskey, whether you've been lounging on the beach or sipping your way through wineries.

The moment you step in, you've got two ways to go: straight into our spacious living room for some chill time or right into the kitchen to whip up something tasty. The dining room's ready for eight people, perfect for those stay-in dinner nights. Or maybe take it outside, fire up the grill, and relax on our back deck in the privacy of your own yard, in a super quiet neighborhood that's just right for those summer evening hangouts.

Sleeping arrangements? We've got you covered. Bedroom one has a queen bed with its own bathroom. Bedroom two got a comfy queen bed near the main bathroom. And bedroom three has an amazing twin trundle bed and a queen size bed! We take pride in how lush and comfortable our bedding is and we can’t wait to hear how amazing your sleep was!

And yes, there's a hot tub open all year round for those cool stargazing nights or brisk winter evenings. It's right outside in our fenced backyard waiting for you!

Getting in and out is a breeze with keyless entry, making check-in times super flexible. Need anything? Ramy is your go-to property manager, is just a call away anytime during your stay.

We're in a family-friendly, quiet area, so let's keep it down for the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM, okay? There's room for three cars in the driveway, so parking's easy.
*The HOT TUB - please, PLEASE respect it & treat it as if it was your own. No glass - as it can break and could cause issues. Please do not put any oils, bubble baths, or any other liquids into the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally maintained between each stay, if it is in extremely bad condition you will be charged an additional $400 hot tub cleaning fee.

Please do not allow dogs on couch. Please remove shoes. We have a few cool rugs we want to keep clean for future guests!

Please be careful to not stain up the bedding (we do know that accidents happen, but please avoid eating greasy food in bed that would stain bedding) Stained bedding will result in a $50 fee.
