Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away.

The resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe where you can enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails! **Please note that the HOA charges a one time fee for clubhouse access. Access up to 12 guests one time fee: $37.45. 13+ guests is $48.15. This is paid directly at the clubhouse to the resort.

While staying at the resort, guests may want to experience all that Orlando has to offer. The property is a 25 minute drive to Disney World and the rest of the surrounding resorts. After experiencing Disney, some other local spots guests may want to check out are Gatorland a 35 minute drive Tolls required or 50 minutes to avoid Tolls, Universal Studios Orlando a 30 minute drive, Legoland a 42 minute drive, and Sea World, 40 minute drive.
