Welcome to your modern pet friendly mountain retreat in the centrally located Sierra Manors complex! This fully remodeled 1 bedroom + loft, 1 bath condo is the perfect cozy–chic spot to warm up by the fire, unwind after a big day on the mountain, or simply escape the everyday.

Step inside to vaulted ceilings, stylish modern décor, and an open-concept living/kitchen area that keeps everyone connected. Curl up on the comfy sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen Smart TV.

The brand-new kitchen features modern appliances, a large sink, and plenty of counter space, plus four bar stools so friends and family can gather while you cook. There’s also a charming dining nook that seats four for meals or game nights.

Sleep arrangements:
- Bedroom: King bed with a Casper mattress, Smart TV, and a convenient in-closet stackable washer/dryer.
- Loft: 1 full bed and 2 twin memory foam beds overlooking the living area below.

The bathroom has been completely updated with a sleek, tiled walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head and handheld wand combo. We provide all the essentials: shampoo, soap, toilet paper, bath towels, and more. Newly installed dual-pane windows (October 2024) help keep things extra quiet and cozy. And the best part? A priceless view of Mammoth Mountain right from the condo.

You’ll have the entire condo to yourself — no spaces are shared with other guests. The front door has a keypad for easy self check-in and check-out, so you can arrive on your own schedule. You’ll have full privacy, and we’re available by message if anything comes up during your stay.

You’ll also have access to all condominium common areas, including the pool (open in summer only), three enclosed hot tubs, three saunas and laundry facilities.

Parking for up to two vehicles is included in the complex’s open lot. Spaces are unassigned and uncovered. Please note: there is a full flight of stairs leading up to the unit (no elevator access).

The complex is centrally located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, and just steps from the free town shuttle, which makes it easy to reach the Village, Lakes Basin, and Mammoth Mountain.

- This is a 2nd-floor walk-up with a full staircase and no elevator; the unit is not handicap accessible.
- A window A/C unit is installed for the summer season; there is no central air.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the unit.
- No fish cleaning in the unit.
- Please keep pets off all furniture.
- No early check-in and no parties are permitted.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm; neighbors are close by and noise complaints are enforced.
- Please bring your own pool towels; we only provide regular bath towels for your stay.
- Spa, pool, and sauna hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Internet/WiFi is provided but not guaranteed — service in the area can be unreliable at times.
- There is a Tesla charging station next to the complex within walking distance.
- Cleaning fee: $185.
- Pet fee: $75, max 2 pets, and no cats allowed.
- A 16% Transient Occupancy Tax required by the Town of Mammoth Lakes will be added at booking.
- Winter travelers: 4x4 vehicles and/or tire chains may be required during snow and winter weather conditions.
