We had a family reunion with 7 children and 8 adults. The house was clean and large enough that we didn’t feel crowded. The pool was small but it worked well enough. The golf cart made getting small children and supplies to the beach easy. We would love to gather at this house again in the future. It was great!

This space worked perfectly for our large group. The space is missing a large furnished outdoor space to hang but the living area is suitable for a large group. There isn’t any pantry space in the kitchen but the cabinet under the TV works great for food storage.

Our stay, all 19 of us, could not have been better. The accommodations were 100% as advertised. The heated pool was big with the teenagers and the multiple TV’s were welcome with all of the college grads. We thank Todd Knight for allowing us to visit his beautiful ’beach home’.

Amazing house!

Me and my entire family 16+ enjoyed our stay here!! The house was huge and beautiful, we were all very comfortable. The area where the house was in was great, near the beach! We are definitely booking here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Whimsy! The house was just as described in the listing, absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of. Communication with Todd was great from the time of booking and all through our stay. We look forward to booking with Todd for our future visits!

Loved Our Stay Near 30A

Beautiful property inside and out. Short walk to the beach and pool fun kept us all happy. No one wanted to leave. Any matters of concern were handled promptly & efficiently which we so appreciated. We loved our stay & hope to come again and explore more of Santa Rosa and 30A.

Okay for large family

While the bedrooms were good for our family of 17, the seating in the living room was not. Could only seat 8. We prefer to be together in the evenings and didn’t have adequate comfortable seating. Need to provide kitchen towels and dish cloths. We would have brought them had we known they weren’t provided. There’s a roach problem despite your efforts to rid them, especially on the second and third sleeping floors. The golf cart was a welcome convenience. The pool was too small for the number of guests that are accommodated. Overall this house is adequate but not great.

Additionally, while we have not had other guests mention pest control issues, we had our pest control company respray to resolve this issue. We're surprised to hear that you found the pool too small, as the pool dimensions are in the listing description. In the end, we're happy to hear that you enjoyed the included golf cart. Wonderful time at Whimsy

Our large adult/older teen family of 16 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home near the beach. Check in was easy. The property was very clean inside and out when we arrived. Pool was very small but a nice addition. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a super quick ride with the golf cart, which we parked at the beach. It was wonderful to have that convenience!Inside the house, furnishings were newer, clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils and cookware although some of the frying pans are ready for replacement. We were still able to cook some great breakfasts though.Our family members enjoyed the plush bedding and comfortable mattresses. We also liked having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The bathrooms were clean and included a good supply of nice towels. It should be noted that the room with a twin/trundle is very small and best suited for small children or one adult. Shopping, restaurants, and activities were a short ride away. The beach was one of the prettiest we’ve been to; very clean, super soft sand, and beautiful blue water. It was a wonderful family vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whimsy!

Great location in Santa Rosa with this large, beautiful home. Having so many bathrooms for all the rooms was very convenient. Lots of porch and hang out areas. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Pool are is quaint and nice to hang out by. You may want to bring some extra throw blankets from home.overall, recommend!
