The Space:
Morning light filters through the windows as coastal air drifts in, setting an easy rhythm for days spent exploring and evenings spent unwinding. Between nearby shoreline spots and quiet outdoor moments at home, this Boynton Beach stay offers a relaxed base for time together. The setting feels calm and unhurried, with space to settle in and enjoy Florida’s consistent, warm-weather atmosphere year-round.
The space
You’ll have an entire rental unit with a private entrance, giving you a sense of independence throughout your stay. Inside, the layout includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a comfortable living area where you can gather after a day out. The living space features a TV and seating that makes it easy to relax, read, or catch up on your favorite shows.

The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and includes one full bathroom with bathroom essentials provided.

There’s also a BBQ grill for easy outdoor meals and a putting green for lighthearted fun during downtime.

Washer and dryer access is available and shared with the downstairs unit. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable, and self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival. Free parking on the premises makes coming and going simple.
Safety and connectivity
The home includes exterior security cameras positioned on the corners of the building, exterior only. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are also provided. Wifi is available throughout the space.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire unit during their stay. Please note that the laundry facilities, patio, and pool are shared with other nearby units.

Oceanfront Park features wide sandy beaches shaded by canopy-covered walkways—don’t miss the giant blue sea turtle sculpture or the life-sized chess board near the concession area.
For shopping and entertainment, explore the shops along Congress Avenue or visit Renaissance Commons. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Jaycee Park or Gulfstream Park, both offering easy access for canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. There are also shaded picnic spots, playgrounds, and plenty of places to simply unwind and enjoy the scenery.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! You can explore the area on foot, take a bike ride, or use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi to reach nearby attractions quickly and comfortably.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our cleaning team maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Check-Out: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare the property for incoming guests. Late check-outs may disrupt schedules and could result in a fee of up to $300.
Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. Laundry detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included). Please notify us immediately if anything is missing so we can restock.
Safety & Privacy: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras on the west side monitoring the parking area and on the southwest and southeast corners facing south and east. These are not intended to record guests but to ensure safety and security.

The location is a hidden away private gem with a feeling of old south Florida surfing and Jimmy Buffet vibes. You are only a short stroll from a quiet beach. The outdoor area is very well maintained with a hammock to chill out on. You are surrounded by laid back locals. If you need a bit of excitement, good food, and shopping a 5 minute drive south on AIA will bring you to Atlantic Ave. where you can be spoiled with a huge selection of great restaurants. The beach apartment is modern yet cozy with all the amenities you need. The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. Great place to stay.

Lock box was tough to use and we arrived late at night compounding the issue. Property was listed as having a dishwasher and it did not have one. Property photos are misleading as well- showing a dishwasher so as to trick the renter. Someone entered our unit and left a broom and mop containing broke glass which was stepped on - fortunately not by o end our children. When contacting the property management the claimed they didn’t know there was no dishwasher. Not sure how you advertise and manage a property and not know amenities it has.Lots of ants in the kitchen and no ant traps or anything to address the pest issue.After contacting the property management company about the issues they never directly addressed my concerns and ask for acceptance of the issues. I’m not okay with people entering without notification and leaving broken glass behind.This was unit C. Stayed in unit A last year with no issues.Felt like the property needs maintenance and up keep, but it’s being sold instead. This is a money maker for them and little to no interest in actuallyimproving the visitor experience. Bare minimum to maintain margins vs overhead. We won’t be returning next year.
