ABOUT THE HOME

With ample space to sleep up to 14 guests, this immaculate, 2-level, 5,700 sq ft vacation home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The waterfront property sits on over a half acre providing ample outdoor space for your group to enjoy.

LIVING AREAS

Unwind in the expansive first floor common areas which include a gourmet island kitchen, cozy TV lounge with oversized sectional sofa, a separate formal sitting area and large open dining room perfect for group meals. Stream your favorite shows, play board games or simply relax and enjoy the stunning view from any of these areas on the main floor. Upstairs your group will love the loft game room, pool table, XBOX gaming system with XBOX Game Pass and separate, state of the art Theatre room featuring a giant 85” 4K HDR Smart TV and 7.1 premium Denon AVR/Polk Audio surround sound system.

KITCHEN

The lake-view chef’s kitchen has a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker plus Keurig, plenty of cookware and a six-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, your group can also enjoy the vast dining area with seating at a 10-person table and 4-person dining nook.

BED & BATH

This home can sleep up to 14 guests in beds plus 2 on a queen air mattress, for a total of 16.

The expansive primary suite located on the first floor has a king bed, patio access and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and double walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, which some would consider a 2nd primary or in-law suite, is also located on the first floor. It features a comfy King size bed, en-suite full bath with shower and patio access.

The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the second floor and each offer a king bed and shared full bath with shower/tub combo..

The fifth bedroom, which is great for kids, has 2 twin over full bunk beds suitable for sleeping up to 6 guests. From here people can easily access one of the 2 full baths located on the second level.

The exercise room, located downstairs, can accommodate 2 additional guests on a queen size air mattress.

A half bath located downstairs adds convenience for any size group.

HOME OFFICE

The dedicated home office has incredible views and is equipped with an executive desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. It is perfect for digital nomads or those who need a separate workspace while enjoying time with your family or friends.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The amazing lake front outdoor space has it all, including an infinity-edge pool with beach entry, hot tub, gas grill and tables for alfresco dining. In the evening, watch the extraordinary sunsets or look at the stars from your private hot tub. The sprawling yard presents ample room for family fun and outdoor games.

Another highlight of this luxury vacation home is the private boat dock and fishing deck. BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) and enjoy the come-and-go convenience of water activities during your entire stay. No boat? No problem! You can easily rent a boat, jet skis, kayaks, paddle-boards and other water toys at one the many rental outfits just 5 minutes away.

****Please Note: As of April 2022, the home next door is under construction and there is the potential for noise. Typically, construction occurs Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7am - 6pm. Our prices have been lowered to reflect this inconvenience. Currently, we do not have a timeline for completion but will update our listing as that information becomes available. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise will not be an issue for you and you understand that no additional discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

You must be 28 years or older to rent this property. You will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking this property and an additional deposit may be required.

Only the booked number of guests will be allowed on the property.

You must agree the house rules before booking and understand that breaking the house rules will result in being escorted off the property, a forfeiture of your deposit and any remaining days of your stay.
