Maison de plage mise à jour avec vue sur l'eau lointaine dans le port calme de Snug / East Matunuck Beach. À seulement un pâté de maisons de Point Judith Pond et de trois des plus belles marinas du Rhode Island. À environ 3/4 de mile de la plage d'état d'East Matunuck, du Matunuck Oyster Bar, du Captain Jack's et du Jim's Dock. 4-6 personnes. Chambre au premier étage avec lit queen. Le deuxième étage a une chambre semi-privée avec un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux. La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en marbre. La salle de bain du premier étage a également été entièrement rénovée avec une douche à l'italienne. Câble de base et service Internet WIFI. Climatiseurs de fenêtre au premier et au deuxième étage. Grande terrasse avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue à gaz. Douche extérieure. Accès à laveuse et sécheuse et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage. Animaux acceptés. Great location with all the conveniences of home!

This property is in a great spot of RI. It also offers all of the conveniences of home. My dog even enjoys staying here! We’ll definitely return in the future. This was our second or third stay at this property.

Consistently enjoyable

It's always a pleasure to stay here. Laurie is extremely responsive and helpful as a host. The space has all the amenities of home. We were able to make the most of our indoor day cooking our own meals and watching a movie on one of the storm days during our visit. The location is perfect to enjoy all of the best of RI. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great family spot!

Had the BEST family vacation in this cute beach home for a week. The house is walking distance to so many things and in the cutest area. Laurie was amazing and very responsive to any questions. Best recommendation was Dog Beach- a true hidden gem and our favorite spot during the trip. Walking distance to the marina and cutest spot to grab breakfast and lunch on the boat dock which we did daily. We were so close driving distance to so many great things for the kids including good restaurants, state beaches, block island ferry, point judith, and roger williams zoo. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. A great place to stay with kids and a small dog. Truly a vacation we will remember. We will stay again!!

Perfect Little Cottage

Very quant & cozy, in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect surroundings for my husband & I. Best of all was that our dog was welcomed too. The cottage had everything we needed to prepare our seafood meals & more. If you love seafood you must try the Ocean Catch Seafood market in Wakefield, only a 10 minute drive.Located close to the beach so that we were able to go back & forth to check on our pup. The beds were very comfortable too.

Cozy cottage close to the ocean!

We very much enjoyed Laurie’s well equipped cottage that allowed us and our dog 10 pleasant days close to the sea. The cottage is in a good location and very quiet! Yet within a few minutes drive we could be at one beautiful state beach. Within 15 minutes drive we accessed several more beaches. We found the cottage decorated with a pleasing nautical aesthetic. And the kitchen easy to use ( and well stocked for cooking). On a rainy day, the downstairs is really cozy. We quickly got used to the stairs to the larger bedroom and generally found the cottage a perfect launch for a coastal holiday! Amazing beach rental!

We had a great two week stay at this rental in Snug Harbor! The location was perfect - just a 5 minute drive to East Matunuck beach, Matunuck Oyster Bar, etc. We drove to a number of great hiking trails in the area, took the ferry to Block Island (ferry was ~10-15 min away), and checked out Narragansett, Wakefield, and Newport (~30 min). We brought bikes with us and walked a lot too; everything was very accessible. The house was a perfect size and a bonus that it was dog friendly! (For those of you bringing dogs there is no fence so we used a long lead in the yard). The kitchen was equipped with good quality cookware, a big fridge, and spices, and the grill was awesome! There were plenty of comfortable linens, bath towels, and beach towels, and access to laundry, which was a big help! We loved using the outdoor shower and fire pit. Laurie was very kind and communicative. I would highly recommend this rental. We were so sad to leave!

We plan to return! Exactly as advertised.

This property exceeded all of our expectations - it was exactly as advertised. It was clean, and in a friendly yet quiet neighborhood, which is a prime location of RI. My dog even enjoyed playing on the grass and going for walks in the neighborhood. Laurie recommended a dog beach nearby which was fun for the dog, but not the bunnies he wanted to chase. We really appreciated her communication prior and during our stay. The weather didn't work out in our favor, but we were able to cook, and rest comfortably inside the home when we didn't have ideal beach weather. I had a bit of goldilocks moment finding the most comfortable bed for me, but it worked out by mid-week. I was very pleased to have access to A/C during the hot, muggy weather. We definitely want to return in the near future. Thank you to Laurie for sharing her beautiful home with all of us.

Perfect vacation home

From my initial communication with Laurie to my ability to cook for family with every utensil imaginable- this sweet home has it all. Peaceful deck and neighborhood with great walks for my dog. Little slice of Rhode Island-style Heaven

My wife and I were in the middle of a big home renovation project and needed to get away for a while. We happened upon this property as it's near where I went to college, so I was familiar with the area, the beaches, the nice and calm pace of things. This didn't disappoint. It overdelivered! The location is perfect to the beach, the wildlife refuge(s), and most importantly, great food. Neighbors are incredibly friendly, perfect for dogs and incredibly quiet at night. We loved our stay. Laurie was great and we're definitely planning to go back soon!

☀️Beach House~Home Away from Home 😎

What a great place to stay !! Myself, two of my dear friends & my dog spent a relaxing week here. Laurie was very helpful & accommodating. It really was like,staying in a home, away from home. Everything you need to cook she had. Beds comfy, walks down to the marina every morning to watch the sunrise... The neighbors were great too !! Close to great beaches restaurants, but nestled in a very quiet area. We & Trinity LoVed every moment spent here. I already booked next year : ) Thank~You Laurie for sharing your beach home with us !!

Fantastic getaway spot.

We had a terrific week in Snug Harbor. Laurie was an excellent property manager who was reachable when we had a question and gave us some great restaurant recos. Big bonus for us was the South Kingstown Dog Park - the nicest dog park we have seen in the US. Place was as advertised, and perfect for our family of 4.

Quiet getaway

The house is in great condition. Everything you NYU’s is there for an enjoyable stay: fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, books, magazines and games, fast WiFi and cable. Decorations make it feel like home. The owner is great. Upgraded the cable so I could watch the bowl games. A+ ALL AROUND.
