Casa Luna is located in Little Tuscany and borders the Chino Canyon neighborhood of Palm Springs. Beautiful walks in neighborhoods and into town and hiking surround, within a short drive of the airport, supermarkets and the Uptown Design District of Palm Canyon Drive with its fabulous selection of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and vintage shops easily walk or drive accessible.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests have full access to the home and grounds during their stay.

The contemporary kitchen is the hub of the home and features a new suite of Fisher & Paykel appliances with a gas range and wine fridge, open and adjacent to the living and dining areas. If it’s privacy you’re seeking, the multiple outdoor patios and seating areas offer the perfect place to relax. The pool is refreshing on hot summer days or for morning laps, and the attached spa is well situated to take in the gardens with mature palms that surround the property.

The Little Tuscany neighborhood is a quiet residential haven with very little traffic, but only two short blocks to fantastic food and drink. Boozehounds, The Heyday, Toucans, Sandfish, Cartel Coffee, Rick’s and 1501 Uptown Gastropub are barely a five minute walk, while the Uptown Design District, Downtown Palm Springs and Aerial Tramway are a five minute drive.

Whether a morning stroll through the historic Old Las Palmas neighborhood or a solo hike along the North Lykken trail to catch the sunrise over the valley floor, there is no shortage of things to discover.

Most guests rent a car at the airport or drive to Palm Springs.

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber, or a leisurely walk, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least one day. Our neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to explore.

Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires.

Parties and events are not permitted.

This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.

There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.

No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.

No more than 2 pets.

NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or otherwise, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.

All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.

Pool and Spa heating is an additional $99 per night of your visit.

The use of the hot tub and pool are at your own risk.
No food, drink, smoking or any glass are allowed in the tub or pool.
No diving
Showering before entering is advised as lotions, spf and etc can cause the water to become cloudy/dirty faster than usual
Do not put anything into the hot tub or pool such as bubble bath or soap
Children must be supervised at all times
Do not use during a thunderstorm or if there is lightning in the area.
Drinking alcohol while in the hot tub can enhance the effects of the alcohol. Drink responsibly
People with an open wound, any serious illness, or pregnant, should consult a doctor prior to entering
The maximum suggested stay in the hot tub is 20 minutes
