MAGNIFICENT remodeled home in a gated community close to Walt Disney World!

Our beautiful Florida home is a single-story home on a large lot in a very quiet and secure neighborhood.

Kids will enjoy staying in the Disney-themed room that has a twin bed and a bunk bed. There are games in the closet, and the room has a TV and DVD player.

Next to the Disney room is a cozy bedroom with a queen sized bed, including a Smart TV and a desk for those who need to work while away from home.

The living room is open and airy, and has plenty of seating for watching TV, visiting, reading, and it also has a desk for another workspace area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of drawers, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a shower, large tub, and double sinks.

The large kitchen has everything you need for your vacation! Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cookie sheets, bowls, and even Disney popcorn buckets and a Universal Freestyle mug.

Enjoy the days out on the private lanai or in the pool. The pool comes with a basketball hoop, and there are life jackets and a few floaties available. The lanai has a dining table and several chairs/loungers for relaxing. There are palm trees and shrubbery around the pool area for plenty of privacy.

There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with both a washer and dryer and a portable drying rack.

The garage has a basketball game and air hockey table. Also available for guests is a couple of kids bikes, stroller, a basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, tennis balls, tennis rackets, pickle balls, pickleball rackets, and ping pong balls and paddles.

Pool & Spa heat is an additional $25/day plus tax, and must be for your entire stay. Spa will not heat if not included. One free day of pool/spa heat with every 7 night weekly stay from May - August. Pool is heated to 88 degrees, however, if the air temperature gets below 50, it may be keep that temperature. Spa is heated to 101 degrees and will work fine unless the air temperature is in the 40's or lower, as there is an antifreeze mode on the heater.

No more than 4 adults per stay are allowed.

We ask that you treat our home as nicely or better than your own. We proudly aim to continue to provide an exceptional experience for many more guests in this space.

State entire party amount when booking. We do not allow any outside visitors, even for the day.

This is a gated community, so let us know anyone that will be driving so they are registered with the guardhouse.

Please keep the AC temp no lower than 67 degrees or above, or thermostat will be locked. You may be charged if the AC unit freezes up.

Adults must watch their children at all times in the swimming pool. Swim at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for any accidents.

No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping, No Candles, No Scented Oil Diffusers, No Candle Warmers, No Cooking with Soy Sauce or other Soy-based Products such as Edamame or Tofu, and No Parties. We host other guests with allergies, and we like all our neighbors. Therefore, there will be an additional fee of $250 for each violation. ***
