The crown jewel of our property is undoubtedly the expansive rooftop patio, which offers unmatched panoramic views of downtown Nashville. This is the perfect spot to settle in for early morning breakfast or sunset cocktails with your friends and family and to prepare for an unforgettable trip.

Let's start with the first floor, where you'll find the first bedroom down the hall and to your left. A cozy queen mattress awaits you for a sound night’s sleep. A full bath is attached to this bedroom with a closet providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

On the second floor, you'll find bedroom two, living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a modern touch with a walk-in closet for more than enough storage for clothing and more. Bedroom two offers two sets of hand-crafted queen bunk beds and connects with the full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bathroom attached, ensuring your comfort and privacy.

The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with a super comfy couch, chairs, and a huge 75-inch television for all your entertainment needs. The kitchen has everything you and your group need to enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We know that starting a day without coffee is tough - you’ll find a stocked Keurig machine ready to fulfill all your caffeine needs.

Take the stairs to the third floor, where you'll find the outdoor patio, bedroom three, a laundry room, and a private office workspace. After you walk up the stairs you'll find a spacious workspace to get busy and down to work. Bedroom three houses one king-size bed, providing plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. The third bedroom has another private bathroom similar to bedroom two. Adjacent to this bedroom is the outdoor patio!
