BROAD112 - New property to the Shore Points Vacations rental program for Summer 2024! Possibly the largest single home rental we have! 4000sf custom home features an open concept floor plan with 8 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private saltwater pool and much more! Convenient "north end" location close to the beach & boardwalk but also the Inlet area, the best seafood dining & night life as well! You might not even need to get back in your car until your vacation is over at this one! First floor has a bedroom with 2 twins, half bath, huge open living space with formal dining, full kitchen with center island, another "flex room" with 2 sofas (one sleeper). Direct access to fenced back yard with in ground pool, grill & outdoor furniture. Second level is another 4 very spacious bedrooms including a master with private en suite full bath, and third floor is two more bedrooms, and another full bath! Includes all appliances and conveniences for a wonderful stay down the shore! 10 badges included!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
