Regarding the pricing, we always strive to be transparent and apologize if our explanations didn't provide the clarity you were looking for. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the ice maker. As soon as you reported the issue, our maintenance team responded that same day to troubleshoot. After confirming it wasn't related to the recently replaced water filter, we scheduled an appliance technician for the earliest available appointment. While waiting for the replacement part we provided ice trays in the home so you would still have access to ice during your stay. Unfortunately, the repair required a new ice maker, which was installed as soon as the part became available. Thank you for your patience and for choosing to stay with us.
