Coffee maker, waffle iron, and toaster make mornings a breeze! First bedroom is a comfortable king; second bedroom can sleep three singles or convert to a king and a single. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed with towels and linens. WiFi and Samsung Smart TV included. Outdoor amenities include a basketball court, grill, and firepit (usage by renter request.)

Guest access:
Property offers contactless check-in and keyless entry. The unit's separate private entry is conveniently located steps from parking spaces (three spaces available). Unit is on one level and does not require stairs. Check in is at 3:00 p.m., check out at 11 a.m. There is a $50 charge for late checkout without prior arrangement with owners. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is the lower level of a private home, and the owners and their children reside on the premises.

Small gatherings available upon request. Pets are not allowed in the unit.
