Cette maison confortable appelée "The Grove" est la base idéale pour votre prochain séjour. Situé dans un quartier calme, il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal: à 5 minutes de l'université Liberty, à 4 minutes de l'aéroport, à 14 de l'université de Lynchburg et à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Target, de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Birthday get together

The space was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Open space for all to gather together, yet other spaces to break off from the group: basement and backyard. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed they had which made the time most enjoyable! I hope it is available for our next family visit to Lynchburg as we would book again. thanks!

Nice get away for a our mens Ignite retreat.

Everything worked out great. The house accompanied everyone nicely. We did have a leak, but John made arrarragments for the repairs and all worked out. Look forward to our return next year.. repair.anandeverything worked out.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our daughter at LU. The home is lovely - clean, comfortable and well appointed and we had everything we needed for our family visit! The hosts were fabulous - great communication and so courteous. I highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again for our next visit!

Wonderful place to stay!

We were in town for a funeral and this was a comfortable place to come back to and unwind. The kids (and adults) loved hanging out downstairs, playing all the games and shooting hoops. The house was well stocked and we had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Homely Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped home.The house is older but very well maintained, with charming, modern decor that made it feel both homey and stylish.It’s also conveniently located near restaurants if you prefer dining out, but fully equipped for preparing a home-cooked meal if you’d rather stay in.We did notice a few insects during our stay, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The home is in a woodsy area, so it’s somewhat expected—and my son and grandson were thoroughly entertained by my dramatic reaction to a centipede! It turned into a fun memory and plenty of laughs.Overall, this was a great place to relax and gather. I would highly recommend it for multi-family trips, graduations, or visits with college students. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to return!

Wonderful Accommodations and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. It is hard to find a home that fits all of us perfectly. It was nice to have a bed for everyone. Very comfortable, clean home, everything we needed for a great stay. Perfect location when visiting Liberty. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Lynchburg.

Family trip

My family just stayed here for the weekend. We came in town for a family gathering. I have a family of 8, and we were very comfortable. It looked just like the pictures. Everything was very clean, and the location is very convenient to a lot of shopping and dining options. Overall it was a great stay.

Wedding weekend

Perfect place for our family to gather on a beautiful wedding weekend. Tons of space! Young adults loved the jacuzzi bathroom design with the rainfall shower. King bedroom downstairs was quiet and had plenty of space. Great place that we would definitely rent again. The owners were super responsive to all of our questions and did a great job of communicating.

Lynchburg Living!

I chose this place due to its size and location in Lynchburg. My wife and I, in conjunction with her twin and his wife were looking for a place for our families to stay together while in town for the wedding of our nephew. It also worked well due to proximity to Liberty University, as our daughter and her boyfriend attend Liberty. It’s hard to judge a book by its cover and truly estimate the size of a house by pictures, but upon arrival, we found this place to be well more than sufficient! Not only did it house our two families well, it provided the location and size sufficient for our extended family to gather, socialize, play games and spend much needed time together. Even the younger children that visited found exile on the back patio playing basketball, in the basement playing board games and having fun as cousins. Due to its location and size, if John finds us as suitable tenants, we will return for more stays for visits and graduations, and possibly other events. We are thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it, especially if you want a place that feels like a home away from home!

Great location to Liberty!

This was the perfect home for us during Liberty's CFAW. Location was super close and neighborhood was quiet. Lots of room inside & outside for 3 big teenage boys to spread out and for mamas to sit and chat. Would definitely recommend to friends interested in the Lynchburg area. Host gave great recommendations on local restaurants. We tried Bootleggers (great burgers) and Iron & Ale- Both great experiences.

Family Reunion Thanksgiving

What a great house for family! We had to prepare several large gathering dinners and thd kitchen was perfect! Everything we needed and a super large kitchen island made cooking a breeze. The only concern we had was the older (80 +) folks struggled getting in and out of the upper level tub as the sides are very high. The younger crew on the other hand loved the huge tub. So just a thought for others thinking of booking. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location

We have stayed in another VRBO across the street, so the neighborhood is perfect for our needs while in Lynchburg. Very close to Liberty and central to a number of recreational and historical opportunities for us to visit. The house was laid out well and suited exactly what our family needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The only issue we had was an off smell when we first arrived in the home which dissipated after several hours. Overall, a great stay.

Graduation getaway

Our family stayed here during the graduation weekend. We loved how close this house was to LU and shopping. The bedrooms were cozy. Well stocked kitchen. We were happy also that there was a Keurig and traditional coffee maker.There was plenty of linens. Our kids loved the outside play area with basketball hoop and balls. We appreciated the TLC in having a few graduation decorations around the house as well.

Nice location

My family of 9 were very comfortable during our stay. We didn't use the kitchen much, as we had our meals with extended family in their homes. We showered and slept and used the laundry room a lot because of all the red clay. :-) Overall, it was a really good experience. All the children slept very comfortably.

Location of this home is perfect for visiting LU

We chose this home because the location was super close to Liberty University. The decor of the home was cute and our bedding and linens smelled super fresh! Surface level the home was clean, but since it is an older home there multiple spider webs in the corners of the ceiling and corners of the baseboards as well as some creeper crawlers. I would definitely recommend an exterminator as we encountered multiple bugs in the home within a couple hours of arriving. The foyer and upstairs bathroom have a musty smell and some lamps/ light fixtures did not work. I suggest getting someone into the home to do a deeper cleaning and inspection to take care of some of these issues. All and all it’s a cute home and it served it’s purpose for our needs of sleeping and showering.

A Fun and Cozy Home Away

What a perfect place to call home for our visit to Lynchburg! Everything listed was right where we expected it to be, and some things were even better than listed - like the rollaway cot had a super nice mattress, and the upstairs living room had a beautiful view of both the front and back of the wooded lot in a very welcoming visually pleasing neighborhood.
