We loved the condo and will definitely book again! It’s a short walk to the beach and a wagon, lots of beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for use so that was super helpful and convenient! We had our 8 month old and they delivered a brand new pack and play for her to use. Definitely recommend using Destin Luxury Vacation Rentals!

Property was nice. The air conditioning unit on the 3rd floor was very loud. Made it hard to sleep. After the fact we realized we should have contacted maintenance. Also the dryer kept shutting off, made it hard to dry clothes. We loved the location and the layout of the condo tho.

We had a wonderful vacation at Seas the Day! The best thing about this rental was the location. Walking distance from my favorite Destin beach. The town home is spacious and well stocked. There were no beach towels or a cooler, but the host communicated this in advance, and we were able to bring those from home as we live in Florida. I can see it would be a hassle for people flying to Destin as they would have to buy these things and leave them behind. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. We had a small issue with the A/C but once reported, it was resolved promptly. I will definitely stay here again.

Stay was wonderful! Just a short walk to private beach access. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Condo provided plenty of beach toys/chairs to use. The pool was great for a day away from the sand. We arrived to town before 4pm- and were pleased to find out we could check in early! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and very close to the beach in a nice area. There could be a few more things in the kitchen, i.e can opener (I purchased one and left it behind), tinfoil, or anything like that would have been nice too. Otherwise it was great and I would stay again!

Great location with plenty of room!

Great spot for a group of girls on spring break! Clean, spacious, and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The listing makes it clear, but there are small everyday items you'll need to remember to pack/include - trash bags, coffee filters, extra detergent, etc. Easy check in and out process!

Perfect Trip!

We planned a girls trip right after school let out. The property was very nice. The closeness to the beach was wonderful— we could easily walk back and forth for lunch. After a day at the beach we enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had plenty of hot water when everyone needed showers. Overall it was a great place that we would definitely revisit.

Beach Pointe condos #1!!

Everything was good from start to finish.. just one of the Rokus weren’t working but no biggie. 500ft from the beach across the street. Can’t beat it! Price was reasonable as well. Lots of household amenities and community pool was close! Kids enjoyed it so did wife and Mom! Will DEFINITELY rent out again SOON!

Overall a great place to stay in Destin area!

Located in a wonderful location and walking distance to the beach. Very nice and overall very clean. A few concerns were raised but nothing that made us not want to stay there again. Pre-arrival communication was great and helpful. Only suggestion is to increase communication about what is there and how to navigate the beach. This house did not come with chairs set up at the beach and that would have been helpful to know who to reach out to for advance booking. Overall a great place to stay!

Exceptional Property!

My family stayed at Seas the Day for our Fall break and were so very impressed with this property! It has obviously just been completely renovated and looks like brand new construction from floor to ceiling. It is well furnished, beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Three floors allowed us to have some privacy while still getting great family time all together. We had absolutely everything that we needed in the kitchen, again, all brand new. The unit is just a short walk to the beach with good access and not too crowded beach. There were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, some within walking distance. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. No problems accessing the property. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone seeking a getaway to the emerald coast!

Beautiful townhouse, great location

We stayed here with 5 teens. The place was just as it looked online. It was very clean. We had never been to Destin so weren’t sure about how close it would be to the beach. It was perfect! It’s a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the unit, across the street to the beach where you have an access code to get onto the beach. There are pedestrian crossings so it’s very safe to cross the street. People drive slowly and everyone stops for people in crosswalks. The beach is private which is nice because the public part was much busier. Walking saved so much time because parking in the lot, even if you took a golf cart, was very hectic. We had an issue with maintenance when we first arrived that was quickly taken care of.The check in and out process was easy.Only one thing I would say wasn’t the best was the first floor bedroom has it’s own patio and some of the nice cushioned chairs were broken there so we couldn’t use those. There were others to use instead so it wasn’t like we had nothing. That’s about it though.Overall, highly recommend. I would stay here again!
